the bathroom was dirty and it doesn't get cold

You're very quiet The water pressure was terrible in all it put out was hot hot water and the front desk did not care if I will satisfy it when I stay or not they had a bad attitude

The room looked decently clean Looked as if it’s the sketchy side of town, the blow dryer didn’t work, the room was overall super tiny, the beds are not comfortable, the pillows are kid size. the hot water worked way to well and the cold water wouldn’t hardly turn on.

I didn’t like anything at all. Checked out after 5mins The room was filthy, moldy, stale cigarette smoke, and animal dander.

It was good and room was clean and spacious

Nothing Old, musty odor, dirty, rust in the tub, mirror on wall broken and popcorn ceiling on the carpet. Front desk clerk gave us another room, but same issues, except mirror was not broken and no rust in tub, but just as filthy as the first room

Nothhing It had roaches, smelt like smoke, the surfaces were sticky, they stacked lamps ontop of each other to make a new lamp? The fridge didnt work, had trash still by beds. We did NOT stay

Hotel looked run down . When I entered the room the smell of cigarette and dirty box springs had me just close the door and go back down and return the key . Unable to communicate the issue with front desk clearl because of language barrier . I did reach out to Hotels.com for a refund but all I got was AI

Room i got looked nothing like the photos microwave was broken, housekeepers came once I stayed 6 days.

You get what you pay for! Our cold water didn’t work no pressure, said they couldn’t do nothing about it. Not family friendly.

Stains all over the beds. The dresser had 2 legs sawed off and the saw dust was all over the floor. Tried and currently trying to get a refund and the manager refuses to answer calls or emails

Well I check in . The lady was very nice . And went to my room with my stuff put it down and I went to go eat and a cpl thing I needed done got back to the room the sink had water in it stopped up and had yack stuff all in the bottom and sides so I get in the shower the water was stopped up there as well went to aks for a different room the man at the front desk talking about why did you not tell us when you got the room it has been 3 hrs and you telling us I told I had to go eat and such and then I found it I told him about the sink he said people wash there hands I said I know but you don't clean it when they leave . Another words he was giving me hell about changing a room and I do stay there a lot . But I will see if I go back there or not .

Location is not well keep, landscape is poorly kept, outside trashcan over flowing. Room was not clean, bed box spring dirty, walls dirty, mirrors are dirty, shower curtain dirty, tube was dirty. Hot water valve opens in the wrong rotation, tv remote not working.

Booked wrong dates. And due to no refund policy i had to pay for the room I never got as well as a room I still needed. 1 ☆ as I contacted multiple times to get it maybe just switched and was unsuccessful..
