Same old breakfast everyday and smelling weed everyday on the 5 th floor morning and all night. Front desk didn’t care when I told them

My room was on 5th floor and there was always a smell of pot. Mornings and evenings. Signs show no smoking but clearly people are smoking in the rooms.

My room was never cleaned. Unfortunate.

breakfast was not the best...shower handle feel off in my hand. iron did not work...staff was friendly and helpful.

There's was no body soap, just a tiny bar of Dove and no lotion.

I only stayed one night. It was very good for what we needed. Nothing extra fancy. We were very tired and it was very quiet.

The rooms were clean, but the bedding did not seem fresh. All the bedding was very wrinkly. The breakfast in the morning was a little disappointing, but at least there was a breakfast. I definitely felt safe in the surroundings.

The hotel is rundown and doesn't offer a pleasant stay. Specifics: pillows are rock hard, towels are thin and insufficient, furniture is banged up, carpet is damp and sticky, walls are thin, full mattresses have replaced queen mattresses. We asked for more towels, since we were only provided 3 for 4 of us and one of them was wet -- the hotel had run out of towels, so gave us a bunch of hand towels and bathmats - yikes. About half the staff were helpful, the other half couldn't care less. Breakfast had several options which was appreciated. Given the cost of our stay, we were very unsatisfied and tried to spend most of our time out of the hotel. Would not book this again.

From the outside it looked good, but the lobby and my room could definitely use an update, or at least painted. Great towels though!!! Not that this is terribly important but there was hardly any snacks at the cafe, very disappointing since I had traveled all day.

We loved the huge size of the suite. This property was well maintained and the breakfast was delicious. There was plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.

Lots of broken things in the room. Breakfast wasn’t ready til 7:30 and staff seemed annoyed when asked anything

Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was a plus.
