Best Western Plus Governor's Inn

It met our needs: clean, quiet, free parking, easy drive to restaurants, and nice staff. It could use a facelift. A little drab. And the worst remotes for the tv.

The staff and breakfast are was great!! The property in general is old, they really need to upgrade their rooms.

Everything was wonderful , from the room to the pool, breakfast & staff. How ever ... The travel time to our family's home was a bit much. Therefore we sadly won't be back.

When i complained to the receptionist she told me they should be done soon. I told her i need to sleep and will go ask them to stop now she told me I do not have to be rude about it. What kind of hotel is this to have party's on the same floor across rooms that are trying to relax and sleep? Terrible receptionist as well to have the audacity to make such a comment to a client.

It really does look like a castle. The staff was super helpful and asked if we wanted a room further from a group that had the potential for noise. The breakfast had great coffee. I gave four stars because some fixtures were older and needed updated.

The breakfast was great & had a lot of options... The staff was personable and helpful. The bathroom air vents needed to be cleaned. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept.

The room was very roomy. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The staff was very nice. The hotel was in a good location. The breakfast was good. Hot and cold cereal, muffin, eggs, make your own waffle with different condiments, ect The bed linen was not clean every time. One of the clean towels that was given to us had a hair in it. The sink was too tall for someone who is short. The water pressure was low.

This hotel was pretty, though a bit confusing as it was 2 brick buildings with shared parking space. Shawna at the front desk was kind and welcoming! There's coffee always available in the lobby, a water bottle fill-up on the water fountain, and the continental breakfast is great, especially when traveling with kids. The room was clean and spacious, comfy beds, hot water, and quiet. My only negative - I wish the AC was cooler, because even set on 68, it would randomly stop running and we'd wake up warm. I didn't feel the need to complain and try to get maintenance in the room since we were only there 2 nights, but I spoke to other guests who said the same thing. My boys enjoyed the pool. It was also clean with towels provided and deck chairs in good condition. I saw a decent gym in passing. Overall, a great spot to stay with good amenities!

Room was basically clean and comfortable. This appears to be an older hotel that could use a more thorough periodic cleaning. Some "dirt" is evident near the walls that could be from many years of buildup. I stayed 2 consecutive nights. On the 2nd morning the continental breakfast was completely out of milk as well as biscuits for the sausage grave. The attendant was very nice and accomodating, but the lack of 2 basic breakfast items was extremely dissappointing. I most likley will seek other accomodations in the future.
