Best Western Plus Governor's Inn

Loved the room and the breakfast was great. And on top of all that, the service was friendly and accommodating

Room was basically clean and comfortable. This appears to be an older hotel that could use a more thorough periodic cleaning. Some "dirt" is evident near the walls that could be from many years of buildup. I stayed 2 consecutive nights. On the 2nd morning the continental breakfast was completely out of milk as well as biscuits for the sausage grave. The attendant was very nice and accomodating, but the lack of 2 basic breakfast items was extremely dissappointing. I most likley will seek other accomodations in the future.

Breakfast server server suffers incompetence, super slow and Untrained and understaffed....horrable horrable experience. Stay elsewhere!

We really liked the outdoor pool, the include breakfast and the room. The price was fair. We were comfortable. We would return for sure !

My only trivial complaint is that the air conditioning unit, while it worked just fine for being older, it was kinda loud (white noise?). And the hardwood floor tiles seemed a little/slightly damp (not slick or dangerous or gross, just odd). It would not stop me from staying here again.

Called Expedia and checked out immediately.

We liked the breakfast. The hallway carpets were filthy and stained. Generally the property was in good shape otherwise.

They had one of the best full breakfasts that we have had. Waffles with toppings, gluten free options, and unique juices. Super welcoming and the place has character!

Rooms are large. Everything is old. Bathroom is ancient, there is no bottled water in the rooms or for purchase (there were two vending machines, but both were out of bottled water), and there’s nothing nearby - not a gas station, a convenience store, nothing. Breakfast was very poor and the coffee smelled so bad. And all that for more than $180 per night, which is unacceptable.
