Four Points by Sheraton Richmond

When I was walking in I had a look around as I always do when first staying at a property. I walked down an area that seemed perfectly fine with no barricades or signs, where the restaurant and pool are, and a very rude guy holding a big wrench started yelling at me "HEY! HEY! YOU CANT GO DOWN THERE!" I told him it looked perfectly fine and that there are no signs saying that I can't do that. I'm wondering if his attitude was racially motivated. I've never been disrespected that way by hotel staff. Overall the hotel looked tired. There was maintenance going on and the pool area looked worn. The room was decent. The bathroom floors and LVP in the entryway were sticky. I had to lay down towels over the entire area. The internet was fast and easy to connect. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. The morning was completely different from the night experience. The host at the restaurant was very friendly. I asked him about the workout facility and he personally escorted me down to the pool area. They were doing electrical work of some kind and they had a guy letting people in the facility. I don't think I'll stay here again. Too many better options. And my experience with how I was treated when I arrived and the room I was given as a "lake view" were very disappointing.

Everything was great except the air conditioning and water. The air conditioning had a musty or mildewed smell. The water had some issues but it was being worked on during my stay.

I went there once before and it was great stay may be cuz of my room location that time but this time bathroom tub was clogged bad maintenance didn’t show up till late evening and it was still clogged next morning. AC was too loud and outside street noise was too much. Overall it was an okay ish experience.

Everything, good place to rest

The lamp in our room had a short and sparked and the staff acted like it wasnt an issue and very non chalant - gave us a new room but in no way assisted us and it was late at night and we had been traveling all day and this was not how we wanted to spend our evening. The food in the restaurant was very limited - just over all a poor experience

Good restaurant and good location

came out brown and was very concerning. I took pictures.

Couldn't use pool at all due to debris. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Place run down and unacceptable.

Air conditioner did not work so we had to change rooms. No maintenance available. Both rooms smelled horrible. Smelled of stinky feet and rotten armpits.

Enjoyed my stay, rooms and property were well kept no complaints.

Convenient to restaurants Had to pay for breakfast

Checking in was a breeze, and the staff were friendly yet professional. Plenty of parking available. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Honestly, we couldn't think of any complaints.

Good hotel!

It was clean and in a good location. Bed was too squishy. The air conditioner was very loud. The amenities were minimal for the price.

I did not get to eat breakfast but I not able to order anything from the restaurant!

Room was small. I had asked and paid for a room overlooking garden. Our room was over the air conditioning units. Bathroom had rust along the base; no hair conditioner. It was I suppose clean enough and the bedding was nice. Breakfast was ok… some items were cold.
