Staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have the opportunity to use the amenities.

Pool and gym were nice and clean and breakfast was very good. Lots of options. Was given wrong info about what comes with the room and they weren’t willing to right their wrong. Roach in the bedroom and multiple around the building in hallways

Breakfast had enough variety to please most people. It was fresh and tasty. Good coffee! The staff were pleasant and friendly and tried to resolve issues. The facility seemed to be lacking maintenance. Our room was too warm and damp to be comfortable. It had a free standing ac unit but we couldn't get it on. Toilet leaked around the seal. Not pleasant. They did get the ac unit working so room became bearable. Floors were sticky in kitchen. Just not what I expected from this level of lodging. Sorry

Everything was extremely clean

Staff were incredible- front desk folks, especially Maria and the other shorter woman (I feel horrible for not remembering her name) were amazing - we stayed because of issues with our home and they both we’re empathetic, beyond helpful and truly caring about us being OK. People like them absolutely make or break an experience like this and they both went so far above and beyond. On top of that, the hotel was really nice, well appointed, very clean. Thank you!!!

What didn't go wrong? There was an exposed wire on the landline. None of the USB charging ports in the living room worked. The shower water was only lukewarm. The TV in the bedroom was not connected to the internet; so I couldn't stream anything. Also, the remote in the bedroom did not work. Finally, there was a soapy film on top of the pool. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel.

A very ordinary room with an uncomfortable bed and a hideously uncomfortable sofa made this stay poor value.

The room was clean but needed some upkeep. The drapes were broken and didn't close all the way. The ironing board was terrible. It was small and no pad which made ironing almost impossible.. The door to the bathroom and the main room did not close all the way. We were put in a handicap room so the water heat only went so high - which meant shower was lukewarm at best. The gym was very nice and breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. Update the rooms and I think it would be a great place to stay.

I will not be staying here again. While the staff were very friendly and professional, I had to change my room twice. The first room had not been cleaned at all. The bed was unmade and obviously slept in by a previous guest, the trash was full, and the counters were dirty. The second room they moved me to didn’t have a properly working toilet. The third room had mold in the shower. By the time I noticed it was too late at night and I just turned a blind eye so I could finally get turn in for the night. They need more cleaning staff to keep the rooms properly clean. I was only there for one night, but I can’t say it was a pleasant experience.
