The pool was cloudy looking.

Clean room, comfortable beds, attentive staff, quiet location that’s close to food and shopping. Will definitely stay again.

Every one has bad days/weeks! The staff is always on point though. We will be back :)

Good location

What didn't go wrong? There was an exposed wire on the landline. None of the USB charging ports in the living room worked. The shower water was only lukewarm. The TV in the bedroom was not connected to the internet; so I couldn't stream anything. Also, the remote in the bedroom did not work. Finally, there was a soapy film on top of the pool. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel.

A very ordinary room with an uncomfortable bed and a hideously uncomfortable sofa made this stay poor value.

The room was clean but needed some upkeep. The drapes were broken and didn't close all the way. The ironing board was terrible. It was small and no pad which made ironing almost impossible.. The door to the bathroom and the main room did not close all the way. We were put in a handicap room so the water heat only went so high - which meant shower was lukewarm at best. The gym was very nice and breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. Update the rooms and I think it would be a great place to stay.

I will not be staying here again. While the staff were very friendly and professional, I had to change my room twice. The first room had not been cleaned at all. The bed was unmade and obviously slept in by a previous guest, the trash was full, and the counters were dirty. The second room they moved me to didn’t have a properly working toilet. The third room had mold in the shower. By the time I noticed it was too late at night and I just turned a blind eye so I could finally get turn in for the night. They need more cleaning staff to keep the rooms properly clean. I was only there for one night, but I can’t say it was a pleasant experience.

Messaged the room several times to let them know we would be arriving late. No response. Tried to call phones were down. Arrived at property at 12:30am. Checked in. We were so tired and it was so late we went to bed. Listened to the shower drip all night. Next morning getting ready noticed the shower has black mold all around the rectangular drain and near the water leak from the shower head. Took photos and went to the front desk because no phones to talk about the room. The lady called a staff member who tried to change the shower head which didn't fix the leak. We left the property to attend a wedding. When we came back we said the shower is still leaking and there is still mold. The exhaust fan is covered in grime amd there is a strange green light in the exhaust fan too. We were told maintenance isnt here and we let housekeeping know. We can move.you to another room or give you hotel points. It was late and we were tired and just needed to stay the night and leave so we declined another room and admitted the points were a nice gesture but for what we paid we would never go back to another Marriott. Black mold is not something people should just shrug there shoulders about especially if you have a housekeeping department. No one seemed to think any of this was an issue. Oh and management isnt on site during the weekends is what we were also told. I saw more employees sitting around on there phones than anything. There is hotels right next door just go there.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Our room was very clean, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was quite nice. We did not have the opportunity to use the pool or gym but they looked just as nice as the rest of the property. My only very minor concern was that the ironing board was in need of a minor repair however it was still useable. I will definitely stay here again as it is located near extended family and a very nice place to stay. Next time we will bring our swimsuits!!

The staff went out of their way to be friendly and professional. Th breakfast was just ok.
