I'm happy with my stay. No issues at all.

I only have two complaints…they do have free WiFi but when you logon they don’t give you an option to check a box that says free… so it seems like the only option is to pay…..felt kind of odd. And two… this is not that big of a deal but there is nothing in the room so if you are counting on there being dishes or cups forget about it. You have to go to the desk and ask for them and they give you one cup, one bowl, one knife one fork….also kind of odd. Other than that everything was to be expected AC worked very well! Oh yeah the “free” breakfast is the choice of a granola bar or a cookie decaf or regular… I mean if you are on a diet maybe that is enough. So I guess three things. But if you are counting on the free “breakfast” for your kids….

The breakfast was not good for the price if the room

Very nice , clean hotel with friendly management . Would recommend for families to come

The area was full so I could not book another room elsewhere. The hotel reeked of smoke and marijuana. It was not very clean, previous shampoo bottles on the bathroom floor and hairs in the shower and the AC didn't work. The carpet had pieces pulled and it was very rundown. Not at all as advertised.

This hotel was DIRTY and the staff was not helpful. Our room had cockroaches, toilets that hadn’t been cleaned and were overall gross and appeared to not have been thoroughly cleaned I a long time. The staff was not helpful. Do not recommend if you like to sleep in a clean place.

very clean and quiet place.

The first room we were given did not have working AC and was around 95 degrees when we checked in. There were hair clippers in the bathroom and hair in the bathtub. We were able to switch rooms after we assured the front desk we did not use anything in the room, despite the room being dirty prior to our arrival. The second room was better but the mattress on the fold out bed was visibly stained brown and the hotel rooms are in dire need of updating. The entire building smells of marijuana and our room had a stale cigarette smell. The hallways smell like animal urine and smoke. Other hotel guests openly smoke marijuana directly in front of the entrance. There are no amenities to speak of other than the grab and go breakfast counter which we did not use.

Rooms were not clean. There were no utensils in Kitchen. Overall it was bad bad experience. I checked out a day before because i didn't want to stay there.

I loved my stay

Staff was respectful, room cleanliness is bad

Very mid location. It did what it needed to do but nothing more.
-
Disappointing. Smaller room than expected, had to ask for things like plates and silverware, plus the coffee maker - they didn’t offer Keurig. Breakfast consisted of coffee and 2 packages of very basic packaged food. No automatic doors at the entry and with my wife in a wheelchair, getting through the 2 sets of entry doors was a pain and then likewise for the luggage cart. The place needs a major updating. It would also appear that they have some sort of government housing contract.
-
Kinda gross tbh. Pillows smelled of cigarettes, drippy ceiling, dirty shower floor, too expensive. Wouldn’t recommend

The property was run down and the room was dirty. Disgusting bathroom. No turn down service. I had to go get clean towels from the desk and the guy expected me to bring him the dirty towels myself. Terrible service. Will never stay here again.

Nothing Remodel it. Get professional workers, Clean it up this hotel for this area some the customers feel confident. It smelled awful. It was dirty. Blood spots on the so called comforter. I had to clean the bathroom with cleaning items I purchased.

Period and pee stains on mattresses, The hotel stinks is moldy is mildew, it was a spider in my towel, the government shelters homeless people and they hangout all day n night, microwave, sink shower tub moldy, rusty dirty, hair in shower , dirt all over sink, carpet is wet all over, visible signs of water damage, saw a roach, it was so nasty I could not baby sit my grand child because we all became sick from the mildew, I felt unclean trying to take a shower, no soap or anything provide, breakfast was a insulting joke

The parking lot and outside areas were well kept. The check in prices was slow due to malfunctioning electronics. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the toilet lid and in the shower as well as what appeared to be a blood clot on the shower curtain. I would not recommend this establishment.
