If you're homeless, I understand you staying here. Other than that, there's no real reason this should be a choice.

This place is a dump. A/C broken in the main part of suite with no concern of how to repair. When I asked if they had a fan so I could ventilate from the other room in the suite, I was flatly told “No.” No solutions. No other rooms available. Overall, property was pretty dirty with the strong smell of marijuana upon entering property (stinky dank stuff, too). Room was clean enough, but rundown. “Sleeper sofa” was unusable. Pay the extra $ and stay literally anywhere else in the Arboretum area.

Pictures deceptive. Kitchenette burnt counters and cabinets falling apart. Cockroaches. Sleeper sofa inside filthy and covered in mold and dog hair. Had to literally sleep on loveseat with feet up on chair because I was afraid of mold inside sleeper making me sick. Full price for this room . Shame. I forgot to mention the smell

I made a late reservation got there at 1150 pm. It said to push zero for a late check in. I waited for over 45 minutes and no one showed up. By then I ended up sleeping in the back of my car

Bad

Room 335 came with a terrible, clinging smell, a smell that infected everything I brought into the room, my clothes, me, my suitcase, everything. I thought that if I jacked up the air conditioner, the smell might dissipate. But it didn't. Mold, wet dog, heavy long-term cigarette smoke? It's in the mattress, the pillows, window curtains, everything. Worst hotel experience ever.

The room was not clean and smelled like cigarettes

The staff were kind and courteous but the hotel reeked of stale smoke, the room was dirty and old. The humidity was awful in there too. On the app it shows to be a clean nice place but either we were put in a room that had never been cleaned or renovated or it’s just not nearly worthy of what Expedia says it is. It was also much more expensive than the quality of room I got. I had booked a double bed room and they moved us to a suite because they had overbooked. The pull out couch my son had to sleep on had old food bits coming out of it when we opened it. My towel had stains, the room smelled. Yea, not worth the cost.

Expensive for the way it was cleaned. It honestly was gross.

uh nothing? The entire hotel reeks. I figured I would put up with it for convenience but by day two my family told me my clothes smelled. It wasn't just one room; the smell was in the lobby and hallways and they were very well aware. There were deodorizer spray units installed on the walls throughout the entire place. It didn't look dirty to the eyes, but the smell is outrageous. No hotel should be allowed to operate like this.

Fun little area, great price, fun staff.

Dont stay here! Not as pictured! No breakfast, no supplies to cook with, fridge smelt, bathroom dirty, unclean prityich everywhere i could look, unhelpful staff, felt like a half way house. The next day i left and rebooked. The owner would not reimburse any of it for the few hours i stayed, then blamed me for checking in late. Even though my flights were delayed and i did not arrive till after midnight. The day i left look like someone’s house was left outside by the front doors. Just dont book this place you will regret it too!!!

This is the one of the clean extended stay I stayed so far. Good job team!

I'm happy with my stay. No issues at all.

I only have two complaints…they do have free WiFi but when you logon they don’t give you an option to check a box that says free… so it seems like the only option is to pay…..felt kind of odd. And two… this is not that big of a deal but there is nothing in the room so if you are counting on there being dishes or cups forget about it. You have to go to the desk and ask for them and they give you one cup, one bowl, one knife one fork….also kind of odd. Other than that everything was to be expected AC worked very well! Oh yeah the “free” breakfast is the choice of a granola bar or a cookie decaf or regular… I mean if you are on a diet maybe that is enough. So I guess three things. But if you are counting on the free “breakfast” for your kids….
