We rented this one for single night, got a 2 double bed for party of 4. Main driver for us was price point as we just needed for overnight only. Checked in 9pm and left 9am. Room were clean and tidy. Pillows were odd like seat cushions. Lobby had terrible smell but rooms were not. Breakfast was there but very limited and had a broken toaster couldn't eat bagel. Not much to say the night went well and we readout on our adventure.

The humidity and noise from the constantly running air conditioner made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Sadly I had to checkout my room and leave the property in the middle of the night due to the family of bugs that you dont want raking back to your home. This was the second time and different room than last night and same issue.

Clean location quiet and comfy free parking and breakfast in the morning N/a

Property is nice but the bed sheets didn’t look clean and had food crumbs or something crumby in it that should not be there if the bed was cleaned with clean sheets. Next time I will have to bring my own bed linens but the room was clean and no bugs or roaches.

Location BUGS, dirty floors, HUMID to the point our clothes were literally wet from the moisture in the room.

There was hair in my tub and on the floor and in the refrigerator

The front desk said there was no manager available to help, and we were left trying to figure out what to do late at night with our family. Fortunately, Expedia stepped in and relocated us to another hotel. We returned the room key without staying overnight, but I was still charged and had to spend additional time trying to resolve the refund. The entire experience was stressful and frustrating. I hope the hotel improves its reservation management and customer service so future guests don’t have to go through the same situation.
