This Hotel was great. Every aspect exceeded my expectations and it is a much better place than most chain hotels. I was pleasantly surprised. They show true care for the customer to make sure things are perfect. Bags with treats on doors is a wonderful touch. Nothing. Everything was top notch!

I have never experienced a hotel like this before. It was so clean and comfortable. When we checked in, the lady told us we could have cookies and pretzels and there was a pot of gumbo in the breakfast area! The pool temperature was warm (not cold like most pools). The beds are very soft. The staff seemed to truly enjoy working there. They all sat down together for a break and were laughing together. The best part: there is a lady who dishes up your hot food and fruit! She also makes your waffles for you if you want one. The morning we left there was a goodie bag on our door from the hotel. This hotel is amazing! The only bad part was that we had to leave and couldn’t stay longer!

The breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and pleasant. We had stayed here before and we appreciate how nice everything was. It is kept up very well. The little gift bag on our door in the morning was a nice touch.

We cannot recommend it enough. It's 10 (out of ten!). The night we stayed, the hotel was sold out. We were so lucky to get a room.
