Super 8 by Wyndham Miles City

Carpet was dirty in the room. And in the hall the tub drained slow the microwave worked sometimes a lot to be worked on . The bed was super comfortable and clean the TV worked well the breakfast was good as well. The staff was very nice.

The room was okay. Found an old Diet Coke bottle in our room. Bed seemed clean though. The front lady was nice

Very friendly staff! Clean room. However the continental breakfast could have been better. While the food was good the sausage gravy, and sausage patties were cold.

I don’t remember her name, but the gal working the desk when I checked in was just so pleasant and so kind, we were chatting a while as I got checked in it was a very good first impression

Clean comfortable well maintained room. The ac worked great and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than continental. The staff was amazing. Huge thank you to Jody for getting me to a hike when I was in a city without a car. Would stay again if I’m ever in the area.

Staff was super great!

I felt like this property is what you'd expect of a Super 8. It was clean and safe. We were just staying overnight quick while on a longer trip, it was not our destination. But I don't have any complaints. It was clean enough, comfortable enough, and a good price.

Everything was clean. We did have a large spot on our chair on the room, which the front desk staff said they knew was there from before (waiting on getting it cleaned; looked like something was spilled). The breakfast was very good. We really appreciated having biscuits and gravy, an alternative hot food, other than eggs. We have someone on our group that doesn’t like eggs, and this makes a huge difference. Thank you to the staff at the desk, who were friendly and helpful.

Rooms were comfy, great price and breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly when checking in.

I have stayed there before. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is right off the interstate.

The air conditioner didn’t work and it was very loud

Kudos to Jody at the front desk! She went out of her way to make sure the room would accommodate my walking-impaired husband. Although the facility is a bit old and worn, it was very clean and comfortable.

Not the cleanest room, but comfortable beds

have stayed in hotels all across the country, and this was by far the lowest-quality property I have ever encountered. We paid an astronomical $1,229 for a three-day stay, which is a ridiculous price considering the low quality. The only reason we stayed is because we had prepaid; otherwise, we would have left immediately. The physical property is run-down, looks dirty, and is incredibly old. The carpets are lumpy, the paint is peeling, and everything looks dingy. In the bathroom, the linoleum flooring was peeling up, and the bathtub drained so poorly that it filled with water while taking a shower. The towels were also heavily and visibly stained, though they did not smell bad. Additionally, there is no elevator and no ramp to access the second and third floors. The sole saving grace is the team. The staff was absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful. They deserve praise, but management needs to drastically lower their prices or completely renovate this building.
