Quiet and clean. Truck stop on south side of building was busy, so if you're a light sleeper, ask for a room on the north side of the building. Only thing that was unfortunate: elevator out. From previous reviews, this seems to be repetitive. We did make more trips up/down.the steps with bags due to this . Despite that, Would stay again and recommend.

I’ve stayed multiple times, mostly because the other choices in town aren’t great and when passing thru for work I can’t be picky. Hotel is fine. Staff is nice. No frills but decent for a night.

We stay here every time we go through miles city. It’s very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast staff is great.

From check in, to us having to leave we were in absolute heaven! The room was so clean, bed was very comfortable & the outside noise was nonexistent! The staff was so friendly & had a great senses of humor!! We will for sure be making this our go to stay while in Miles City!!

We had no hot water my room my moms room and they let us use another room and that one had no hot water so we had to take cold showers and my kids as well.

Clean and the staff was friendly. Shower head could have been better but that's a 1st world problem.

Professional, courteous staff at check in, very helpful, clean rooms, have breakfast options for persons like me that are gluten free.

We stayed here for a week when we attended the Quigley. It was nice and clean. Wouldn’t stay here again. Only negative was no hot tub.

I like this hotel it's very clean however my room had that "slept-in" smell. Could use an airing out.

Had a problem with trying to get the warm water in the shower to stay warm consistently hotel staff is aware of the situation, but I’m not sure that anything has been done to rectify it.

Facility was clean and location was easy to access . Lamp was not working because some outlets didnt have poiwer. Could use a hook outside of shower for towels. Just small inconveniences. Adapt and overcome.
