Staff was great

Not as we expected. The room was sort of clean, and building was not maintained well.

Overall the one night stay was ok. The room was fairly clean. The hotel is outdated. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We were able to hear people’s steps above us . The breakfast is very limited.

Pool was out of order both times I stayed there, other than that this place will be the place I stay every time I drive from the west coast to midwest

Clean room, parking right in front of room. Hot town but rooms were cool. Nice breakfast.

Not very clean. Door to our room shut very very hard.

Nothing other than price Floor was dirty made our feet black, dirty cushions, hair in the bed that was made when we pulled back the covers, used bloody bandaid on the floor, stains on curtains, beds were hard as a rock, location didn't feel very safe,breakfast was nothing fantastic

Door seal was falling off and hotel area is by noisy street but the hotel was fine if you aren’t picky. It was clean and had everything we needed for the night before traveling again the next day.

I did not stay there. I booked it for my sister. She said it was an 8. She said she was happy with the stay. My sister said it was nice. Thats all i have to say.

Clean, new hotel. Check in via a kiosk with no support staff. New construction obviously still in effect. When we asked for a second key I had to make a phone call and watched a gentleman who I did not know who he was ( no name tag or introduction)walk across the parking lot who then proceeded to insult us. Belittling the fact that we had had insufficient assistance from the kiosk when I asked for two keys on the screen He then proceeded to make fun of my husband's retired military ball cap. He and my husband had hot words. He then proceeded to threaten to call the cops. Later at dinner we heard that the man is not respected in the community and he treats his staff terrible. Only because I booked through booking.com. do I feel like we were allowed to occupy this room for the night?

Not bad for the price. But sofa bed was extremely poor. Rooms could use an update.

The air conditioner in my room was not quite up to snuff, but the breakfast was quite nice and the coffee pretty decent.

AC didn’t work well. No ice machine, pool was out of service, and the room wasn’t very clean.
