💯 good experience! Room was amazing and staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable

The hotel is in serious need of a renovation. The bathroom doors to both rooms only closed with prejudice and both doors split vertically when trying to open them (ie jammed). Breakfast??? Hardly! Dry cereal, cookies and some fruit. Albeit the banana I had was perfect. On the bright side, the bed was firm and clean and I slept well.

The shower curtain in the second room was also barely hanging up, with only three hooks holding it in place. Overall, the condition and size of the rooms were disappointing and did not meet our expectations. That said, the staff member working at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and accommodating when we asked to be moved to a different room.

We called ahead of time to let them know we would be late. The staff had turned on the lights for us before we got into our room, which was a very nice touch.

Great location; was able to walk to dinner and Walmart! The staff was helpful and friendly, no complaints! :)

The hotel cancelation policy doesn't account for last minute emergencies.

Room was not cleaned with dirty towels left. No continental breakfast either. Grounds and parking lot need care.

Air conditioner barely worked, the shower certainly needed replaced, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible and the bathroom fan made screeching noises the entire time the switch was on which was connected to the lighting

The room was pretty gross. There were stains on the mattress skirt, dirty wash cloths left in the bathroom, and the floors were not mopped and had dirt on them. The bed wasn’t comfortable, but I wasn’t expecting it to be either so that wasn’t surprising. The air conditioning did not work so the room was extremely warm. There were multiple bugs in the room on the floor due to a poor door seal/no weather seal. You could see daylight through the bottom of the door when it was shut. The TV froze every few seconds and was extremely pixelated. We only needed somewhere to sleep as we were passing through Miles City on a cross country road trip and wanted to save some money so we stayed at one of the cheaper options. Next time we will spend a little more to be comfortable. This definitely was not worth it!

Room was not clean, staff very unfriendly, no freebreakfast like the web site said, they had cold cereal no milk no bread no toaster no coffee.tv was on streaming and worked very bad. I dont have one good thing to say about the Travel Lodge in Miles city and would never recommend it to anyone it was a horrible place to stay.

The clerk was great, the room could use a little more attention to cleaning detail. The bed was great!

I liked the shower in the room. DIdn't use it, but I buy some for my motel.

Nothing. I got what I expected. A clean, comfortable bed.

2. The toilet bowl (and I think the toilet tank also) was loose from the floor and wall. I thought it was going to tip over when I sat on it. 3. The faucet in the sink sprayed water all over. 4. The shower curtain was disconnected at one end from its curtain rod and could not be reconnected because the connectors were broken. The bed was good and I slept well. That and the price were the only selling points for this place.

Staff helpful and courageous and it was clean. Room was very small, no breakfast.

Convenient. Close to restaurants. Great front desk person. Uncomfortable - beds not comfortable, air conditioner didn’t cool the room.

My original room had a pee or some kind of discusting stain nearly as big as the whole queen matress that you could see imediatly through the sheet. I was given another room which was acceptable but the overall cleanliness of both rooms was very poor. I will not stay there again.

The only good thing I can say about it was the lights worked. The beds were old and sinking in spots, pillows were flat. Our hotel room didn't even have a smoke detector, just a hole in the ceiling and wires hanging out of where it should have been. No bathroom fan switch but there was a fan on the wall which weirded me out. We didn't get the room we booked and when they offered a 20% discount, we come to find out it was only $20 total CAD, not USD. The curtains didn't close, the only light in the bathroom was INSIDE the shower stall.. I could go on. I definitely wouldn't stay here again. Overpriced for litterally nothing.

Bed seemed ok. Bedding was heavier than most. I liked that. Refrigerator had a blue light. Nice. Floor was sticky and filthy in the bedroom. The Costco restroom floor was cleaner than that. You could see daylight under the door. NO breakfast as advertised. Just coffee.
