Staff was polite but unable to accommodate credit towards the room when booking through a thid party. Upon entering the room I had rented, I found that it had not been cleaned after the previous guest. The bed was unmade, and there was food left on the furniture. The staff apologized and relocated me to another room. Unfortunately, the replacement room was also in an unacceptable condition. There were used towels left behind, pubic hair in the bathtub (as shown in the attached photo), hair on the bedspread, and what appeared to be oil or grease on the desk. The cleanliness of both rooms fell well below reasonable standards, making my stay extremely disappointing

It seemed clean. Area wasn’t great. Smell of weed in the room and hall. Other guests quite loud as well in the hall ways. We were in a non smoking floor and it smelled of smoke

I really enjoyed the courtyard in the back with the pond and the gazebo it was very peaceful. Breakfast was great and had so many options to choose from. The room was super clean and hotel staff were very accommodating. I will be staying again

The location was ok, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is quite old and does not feel like a 4-star property. Both the hallways and the room had a stale, unpleasant smell. The room itself felt outdated, and there were noticeable stains on the bed linens, which was disappointing. We decided to try something different this time, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong choice. We've stayed at Spark hotels before, and they were significantly cleaner, more modern, and overall much better, despite being less expensive.
