Everything would have been perfect if the pool was open. The breakfast buffet was very good. Maria and her partner were friendly and attentive. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was evacuate. Domingo the front desk clerk gave me a pool pass to use once the pool when it gets fix. He was also very courteous and well informed.

Loved staying here. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The pool was HUGE and clean which was great for the kids. The staff was very personable. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the servers there were very kind. There is nothing I disliked about the property. I suppose that compared to surrounding rates that night that maybe the price could have been a little more reasonable.

Our room was absolutely beautiful and the water pressure in the shower was the best water pressure I’ve ever had in my entire life. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We did the buffet and it was absolutely delicious. Some of the elevators didn’t work, but they were under construction and redoing the whole hotel

Hotel is definitely updated . Nice rooms. However we had no outside view. Our window literally looked out into the pool. Got woke up at 8am by crying kids getting swim lessons. The whole hotel smelled. Idk know how to describe it. Especially the rooms. It was a strong chlorine smell. It was so bad we had to keep the air on high tying to circulate some of the air. I really don't know how to describe it other than paint and chlorine mix. The couch in the rooms was the worst. It was literally like sitting on concrete. You can definitely hear through the walls. Other than that it was okay. I really don't understand, having a hotel room with no windows that you can see outside.
