Enjoyed our stay

Gigantic centipede in the middle of the night. Called front desk, no one cared or showed up. Had to leave on the middle of the night traumatized.

Its an ok property. Breakfast is not included and somehow I missed that when booking. There were missed cleaning opportunities, such as the walls in bathroom. For a two night stay we were only supplied with one towel each for the whole stay. There wasn't a freezer for ice packs, so had to use ice machine, another thing possibly overlooked when booking. Although it wasn't cheap, its definitely a low budget kind of stay.

This is a no frills hotel so don’t expect much. There were no blankets on my bed. I had to ask for them and they said it was under the top sheet. They weren’t. So I had to go back to my room and down again with a picture of the bed to show them. The hair dryer on off button was broken but worked anyway when you plugged it in. They would not print me a receipt and said I had to go through Expedia. Someone was smoking near by and I did not sleep well. I will not stay here again.

They only had king beds for 2 guys.. ended up sleeping on a couch.

Property was clean and beds were comfortable but the elevator at our end of the building was out of order which meant a lot of extra walking and inconvenience

One of the lift wasn’t working so it was a was to always walk all the way around to get to the one bearly working elevator. The property wasn’t maintained well. There was a various strong smell of weed on the hallway. Our bedroom have a bunch of sticky glue all around the wall, which wasn’t clean. Looks like somebody was used that to hang something previously and it was left and wasn’t cleaned. Second night, which is Saturday around 2:30 AM. There was people screaming and being loud and obnoxious around the property. Very disappointed.

The hotel staff was polite and helpful, but the amenities were lacking. The breakfast was not included and consisted of a microwavable breakfast sandwich. There was no housekeeping service over the weekend.

Although one of the elevators was out of order, the other elevator work just fine and there was no problems whatsoever with me getting to and from my room and they have plenty of little cart to move your stuff around, so it was great and the front end staff were superb, especially Breeti There was an unruly group of kids that belong to a local hockey league, unfortunately but the front end staff once I let them know what was going on the front end Staff handle it. They handled irate parents who denied everything and the snotty kids too

Okay experience for a 2-star hotel. My main gripe was that the key to my room took several tries to open and also once did not work on the side entrance. Wifi was not able to connect theough the website they said, luckily i did not need it. Breakfast was also apparently only available on weekends. Aside from that the bathroom and room were clean at least, except for a few old stains on the sofa. Overall a decent experience for a one night solo stay but I wouldn't recommend it for longer or bigger stays.
