Holiday Inn Express Boston - Milford by IHG

Very disappointed. The first disappointment was the $100 incidental hold for ONE night. 4 star hotels don’t even charge that. So that caught me off guard but okay. Then I was told I was getting a larger room than what I reserved, if it WAS in fact larger I would’ve preferred what I reserved which was supposed to have a separate seating area…this one did not. Let’s not talk about the hair and juice stains on the floor. The icing on the cake was my room being DIRECTLY in front of the elevator on a floor that was already NOISY. I was woken up in the middle of the night a couple of times due to the noise level coming from the hallway, and not just the elevator. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough once the morning came. Between the noise and the dirty floor, never again. Oh and bring your own towels…which I always do anyway. They give you just enough for 2 people to bathe ONCE. Parking is also tight so try to arrive early to ensure you have a spot. Would gladly spend the extra money next time for another hotel. Not even for one night was this worth it!

The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful on our arrival. We enjoyed the indoor pool and large whirlpool. The room was quiet and had everything we needed. The location was accessible and convenient to our needs.

Excellent experience

The room was neat, clean, and updated. The pool was clean and a nice temp. Our room just happened to receive a new AC, it worked amazingly.

The hotel itself was good but the parking is unacceptable. It was dark when we arrived and I had to park our car in a city parking garage blocks away and then walk back to the hotel via dark downtown streets. This was not what a 70+ year old man should have to do. I did not see any mention of offsite parking when I looked at this hotel on your site before booking it.

The staff are the best. Rooms are quiet clean .

Easy location Pillows and bed were very uncomfortable

Perfect 30 min drive after a fifa world cup match at the Gillette stadium. Family friendly. Lovely staff.

Clean, comfortable room at a very good price. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Very nice free breakfast with lots of options. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

Pool and Hot tub was great. Breakfast was good too. Afordable and clean

Everything was great and the breakfast was way better than most!

Our stay was generally pleasant, as the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, we noticed an unpleasant odor in the bathroom upon arrival. On a positive note, the breakfast was well-stocked and decent. Overall, it was a nice experience.

The staff was very helpful, and breakfast delicious. The property has been well maintained and kept clean.

Room was nice, pool and hot tub could have been cleaner and breakfast was great.

Good Hotel overall.

The hotel was very nice, especially for a basic hotel. Staff was very friendly and worked to help me although they weren't able to solve the problem. I couldn't get the itnernet to work. My co-worker had no problem with hers so I assume it was my room or even my cell and computer (they haven't had problems elsewhere...)
