Beds were comfortable the only request I would have is to have a coffee pot in the rooms for convenience

Great spot, soft bed and quiet

The air conditioning is so old and sounds so loud, hard to fall to sleep

Room had a stale odor and was humid and unclean

This was a decent place to stay fkr the time that we were there. It doesn't offer all the typical hotel amenities, but it gets the job done for a affordable price!

Remodeled old building, outdated furniture and bathroom. Property is nicely landscaped and parking in front of the the room worked out great! Staff very helpful!

Place is nice and clean, very close to stores and restaurants. Only thing it says free breakfast, but only coffee was available.

Room temp control was not good. Staff was very helpful at check in.

Old and dirty

The older lady that checked me in was friendly and helpful. It was essentially a pit stop for me, meaning I stayed less than 16 hours. I loved the proximity to Muir Woods for hiking! Honestly couldn’t have been closer to my hikes. The noise from the road was a bit loud. Good room for the price.

The room is very small . However it was clean. The area is gorgeous many hiking areas around. It's a little bit pricey.

Room was spacious and relatively clean.

No food nearby - that is safe to walk to. Crosswalk not close and busy road. The room was relatively quiet. Staff could have been more helpful. I needed an item and went to the front desk to ask and the lady told me to come back - before she thought about it and decided to help me. I had interupted her from her dinner. I would try somewhere else before coming back here.

very unclean, also the rooms don't seem to secure, locks don't lock correctly, also had an emergency daughter got hurt, and they refuse to refund 1 of 5 days. not very friendly or caring / very very very loud next to road.

Great place to stay because of the location-made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit n the area. Not an especially comfortable place but adequate for resting after a long day of sightseeing. Our room was kind of cramped on one side. You had to maneuver carefully around the desk leg otherwise you’d run into it as it was very close to the bed. We would stay here again if in the area.

Check in staff were rude to cleaning staff, very unprofessional and unkind to their employees. Horrible to witness. Is reflected in the entirety of the property. Staff also would not allow lobby restroom use while waiting for our room to be cleaned citing that there is no staff restroom they use an available guest room.
