Lovely hotel near GG bridge

Nice quiet location.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities anyone would need for their stay. The staff is attentive and parking was easy.

Only 1 of 3 staff I spoke to were remotely friendly. Site is LONG overdue for repair. When I asked for another room that didn’t have a half-inch gap at the bottom of the door or 1/4 inch along the side I was told they’re all like that and to lay down a towel at the threshold. I’m 77 was offered an upstairs room but needed to carry my luggage up the stairs. The room had a big hot tub, high on the side and nothing to hold onto to get in. Overall needs major upgrade and more friendly staff interested in helping.

Bathroom can use a paint job. No r of the pics on site showed shower only room. Yuck. AC unit had broken buttons. Site shows beautiful braleakfast, was given a packaged cinnamon thing. Beds were not queens.

Someone should inspect these hotels before you list them . This was the 2nd hotel out of the 4 that were unacceptable . The Hyatt House in Pleasant Hill was the best.

Very clean, basic place. Convenient location.

No microwave or fridge in the room - and the room itself looked nothing like the photos posted. My shoes stuck to the floor (could be leftover cleaning solution) and there were dustballs of hair in the corner of the closet, which didn’t have doors. The person who checked us in at the front desk and got us extra pillows was super friendly and quick! Booked the hotel for price and location - it is what it is.

We had a really good day at this hotel. I would recommend it if you’re in the area.

Hotel was Meh…. Not really like pictured. Small rooms. Clean. But sort of a creepy motel feel. Not a hotel where you want to linger in the morning for any reason.

Needs as always the front desk staff is superior stunning all of them are excellent. It’s clean perfect in every way just this last day one little thing in the refrigerator kept freezing but I didn’t want to bother so I just want to mention it. I should’ve mentioned it when I checked out I couldn’t kept freezing everything so perhaps you might want to take a check other than that. Everything is perfection as always thank you so very much kindly Sally Catalana.

They gave us the section that was still under renovation with some door items laying on the floor. They left the Roomba equipment in front of the door as you open it. After unpacking when I tried to use the sink, it was clogged up so I called the front desk and she said no one was there to help so she moved us to the room across. The carpets were so worn out and the rooms had a bad chemical smell. I really think it is from the cleaning chemicals they used on the carpet over the years. I couldn't sleep the first night. I'm not sure if I would like to go back there again. We've stayed at Travelodge in other cities before and it wasn't this bad.

The staff was amazing. Check-in was easy. The rooms were nice and clean.

The only thing I didn't liked is that there were cucarachas at the room and the bathroom. I had to kill the ones that were visible with toilet paper and flushed them. I couldn't sleep well thinking they could be on my bed.

The continental breakfast is coffee and a package of breakfast snacks (1 option). The place was quiet but over priced for the small room. Shower was very nice, had good pressure. Staff was friendly on check-in but not conversant at all at check-out.

Location and the gentleman Day Manager Realising that at the price point, I did not expect luxury but did expect things to be in working order and cleanliness but did not experience either. At checkin, first room - the toilet seat was falling off, second room- holes in window screens, only two electrical outlet (only top socket worked of the two, blown out light bulbs, lamps didn't work, television didn't work - final room was dirty and smelled of wet dog but was exhausted with changing out rooms so just took it - will NEVER stay there again -if I were to rate this facility it would be 1.5 out of 5

I mentioned to the gal at the front desk upon check that I see they had little balconies. She was so sweet to offer me the best one with a view!! I will say, I never do surveys unless the service, location wow’s me. Thanks for a lovely stay!! Nothing.
