Travelodge by Wyndham Mill Valley/Sausalito

The room was clean and the location close to what we needed. It was quiet and served it's purpose. Breakfast pastries were mentioned but limited supply and one kind. Don't count on breakfast here, free coffee better than nothing. Easy, free parking.

Really?? This is a 3rd rate motel in poor condition.

One staff tried to fix inoperable tv. However, move to next room had another inoperable tv. Staff had no solution. Stayed in that room TVs didn’t work, clock couldn’t be re-set to correct time, clock therefore also couldn’t set alarm, coffee pot didn’t work at all (wouldn’t turn on, tried 3 outlets). Staff nonchalant when I told her at checkout. One staff not at desk when I went to get lobby coffee, scolded me three times for reaching for paper on counter (next to cup of pens) to write note about broken coffee pot. No response about broken pot, but repeated scolds never to touch papers on counter?! Said “Next time don’t touch any papers! I replied ‘There won’t be a next time.’ This was morning of checkout. There won’t be a next time at this lodge

Coffee First, I arrived just after 10pm - note on the door “no vacancy” - the office and desk area looked vacated- I knocked on the glass of the front office and the back glass office area (computer desk visible) and waited for over 10 min- and I called the holed desk. As we were about to drive off - a man appeared behind the desk claiming he had just stepped away for a minute. I was so panicked- not a clue what to do. Nonetheless we checked in. It was nothing like the pictures- a complete dump - the a/c unit is an atrociously - noisy and we woke up sweating ?

All I needed was a clean room at a reasonable price and a comfy bed to sleep in for a couple of nights, so I could visit my aunt in Mill Valley. This was the perfect place for my needs. It also included a coffee maker in the room with both regular and decaf options. Although it did say there was a continental-type breakfast in the lobby, there were just small prepackaged rolls or Belvita bites and coffee. The host in the lobby was very friendly and took care of any needs or questions I had. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're just stopping through.

The beds were advertised as queen size but were barely a standard size bed and could sleep just one adult size person . The staff were helpful .

Loved the location by the beach! Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. Ice maker was far, very old, no coffee maker

Need to improve continental breakfast. Only coffee and one type of danish. Didn't find an elevator to help in taking bags to second floor room.

Location. Quiet. The carpet was gross. It didn’t smell, but it was stained and dirty. I was not comfortable walking, barefoot on it. Cockroaches and bugs on the bathroom floor at night.

Only stayed one night so I didn't get to check out the amenities

Very close to work. Clean.good tv. Room space is Exactly what i needed for resting. Bed noisy,creaking. Was going to take a shower BUT OVERHEAD LIGHT WAS LEAKING WATER.maybe from people upstairs. And they were so loud. had to check out early. Showed video to front desk.hope they did something about it for the next occupants.

Nice quiet location.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities anyone would need for their stay. The staff is attentive and parking was easy.

Very small uncomfortable beds! Beds too small and uncomfortable

Nothing There were bikers on the property making noise at night when we checked in also in the morning at 7 am the motorcycles were making noise . Very terrible . The room had old carpet that needs to be replaced. I can never stay her again.

Only 1 of 3 staff I spoke to were remotely friendly. Site is LONG overdue for repair. When I asked for another room that didn’t have a half-inch gap at the bottom of the door or 1/4 inch along the side I was told they’re all like that and to lay down a towel at the threshold. I’m 77 was offered an upstairs room but needed to carry my luggage up the stairs. The room had a big hot tub, high on the side and nothing to hold onto to get in. Overall needs major upgrade and more friendly staff interested in helping.
