The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Dusting or wiping air condition area will help is you have allergies.

The bed and room was clean. The bathroom was old and stained. Didn’t even want to use it. The staff was rude and acted like they didn’t care about the guests staying there

Contacted the manager twice and asked for a call back and never received anything.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The condition of the room was bad with peeling paint, crumbling tiles in the bathroom, and a very musty/mildew smell. They had a blower outside our room which I assume was trying to dry out a water leak.

The lady managing the breakfast area was friendly and very helpful.

The location is excellent. Breakfast is really good. Free parking on site. The rooms have been updated and are very nice. The bathrooms clearly are last to be dealt with. Our first room had a shower that didn't work, we moved to another room and it was okay. Clearly the showers need attention. There is rust around the bottom rims. The bathroom walls were not completely repainted and the ceiling in one was damaged.

My room door was propped open when I got there. The electrical outlets in the room didn't work and the phone was there but didn't work. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. They need to re-caulk the bathroom. The toilet wouldn't flush intermittently. The bed was comfortable.

Felt a little unclean

Great location near highway, mall, restaurants and close enough to downtown area and sporting events. Room was satisfactory in general. The shower did have signs of needing some renewal due to grout cleanliness and shower head was extremely low on the wall. Breakfast was good and well stocked. I was disappointed with my Expedia experience for this trip. One week prior to our travels I tried to change my reservation to a 2 night stay instead of 3. I needed to cancel the 3rd night and keep the room we reserved with 2 beds. Expedia said they were unable to make that change for me because of lack of availability for the room style we needed. So in order to keep our room I ended up paying for 3 nights and only stayed 2. This will probably lead to me not booking through Expedia for Hotels in the future.

When we walked in, the front desk attendant barely acknowledged us, she was very short with us and not pleasant at all, she was quite rude. Even ignored my 1 year old when he tried to engage her. She seemed to hate her job or maybe it was us? I'm not sure. There were stains all over the couches in the lobby and the carpeting all throughout the hotel, there were stains and random stuff smeared on the floors and walls of the elevator. There was literal garbage both on the floor and bags of it in the halls passing the rooms, along with bedding and towels and no housekeeping in sight. Our room was no better. We immediately loaded our stuff back up and checked out, leaving the cards at the empty front desk. All we asked was that they refund the money for the stay as we were forced to get another room for the night due to the conditions of their location and they did not refund the money. I also selected the Pay at Property option and they charged us before we checked in and also before the check in time in general which has never happened before using this service. This was by far one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had. I would highly recommend NOT staying here or even bothering to look at the property. For $317 for one night, this place should be banned for the condition it is in and how they treat their customers.

The property is old and dirty. We had several issues. Including having another guest enter our room at 11:00 PM. And the staff was unresponsive about our concerns. Another person in our group had their bathroom door fall off and they had to be moved to another room. Another in our group had a shower that didn’t work.

A Holiday Inn Express, room was clean, things were fine. Easy to get to. There were many teenage baseball players there when we were there, so can confirm it is not quiet unless the people staying are quiet. :)

This property is in serious need of a major upgrade. The rooms are large and the AC worked well but the carpets in the hallways and elevator are stained as is the furniture in the lobby and breakfast area. We had several issues and the staff was not overly concerned.

Very decent for the price. Excellent breakfast

The first room we were assigned to smelled like someone had smoked marijuana, so we asked for a new room. The second room was not in the best shape and the body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty. Expected a better considering how much we spent.

Good Nothing

Breakfast was pretty good. People were nice. Hotel itself is very old and in need of a complete renovation. Room smelled musty.

This was an ok place to stay for a quick overnight visit. I opted not to shower in the morning as I found dirty socks from the previous guest under the sink. I just hope the sheets were changed!
