Don't waste your money and Time. I can't believe the disgust. Shower sucked. Sinks clogged. Rugs dirty. Booking.com charged me with no vacancy. They told me to come back in 5 hours after they promised to accommodate me.

The front desk people were amazing. They tried to make the stay better. The pool has been broke for a year. Only reason i paid more per night is because of the pool. The restaurants has been close almost as long. The first room on second floor smelled like sewer. The second room on the fifth floor had no sheets, toilet paper or pillows. They finally started sending someone to the rooms so they could see. Finally room on the fourth floor and chicken bones in the ice machine room. Told the manager in morning comment was well cleaning staff will get it. She went back to filling the cereal bowls. Never even called the crew. They gave me a 25 credit for all the problems at the very little store that never got restock and then took the money out of the 50 dollar deposit i had to place even after paying in full. I could not cancel this and get a refund to stay anywhere else. Please take this location off your website

The courtesy and the staff are amazing with much care and attention. One of the Hotel Clerk was very unattentional with my own debit card to pay the incidental fee the next day. She didn't believe it was my own debit card after paying for the Hotel previously a night before. This person was a caucasian woman at the front desk of the Hotel.

Easy check-in. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice room layout. Pool and hot tub closed but no notice on booking set or hotel website. Bar was closed. Hot breakfast not available. Furnishings dated.

Staff was friendly, location was convenient. Outdated and not clean. Curtains had a giant red stain on them, bathroom towels had holes in them, and the room itself smelled like mildew.

Easy to access location, felt safe and plenty of parking. Great pick and go free breakfast provided. Bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows left a lot to be desired.

Well designed rooms, fast elevators, very helpful staff. Our 1st room smelled like stale cigarettes, but we were relocated to a different room. There's a lot of deferred maintenance, and this once fairly luxurious property is now a little tired. Not terrible. Tired. NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED. Factor that into the cost/benefit analysis. Very good location, but parking lot and access roads are a challenge.

Room was good and the breakfast and coffee were good. The room door wouldn't lock. Thebstaff was great and offered to move us. We didn't need to move.

It was close to Children’s Hospital. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Check in was a breeze, staff was friendly. I wish there were updates as to the amenities not working. When we arrived we learned that the on site restaurant was closed for renovations abd the pool and hot tub were also closed.

great staff and very friendly, came in for a one night stay on a rush and they checked us in quickly and had us on our way. would definitely recommend. the free breakfast offered in the morning was a bit lack luster for sure but not that big of a deal still a good stay.

Location and price It’s getting run down. Only one overhead light in bathroom. Sconces next to mirror and plugs did not work tile separating from wall.

Big rooms, close to where we were going. Breakfast was not as shown. Coffee and yogurt was all valuable but coffee was gone so just yogurt.

There was no breakfast, did not know that the restaurant was not opened when we booked. That information was not offered still said breakfast and food was available when it was booked. This should be jupdated The fact that we were not aware that restaurant was closed
