Very good

All good except for having to go to the 3rd floor to get ice. Not too convenient

The people next to us must have checked in around 12:30 AM and the kids were vary loud they did not settle down until about 1:30 AM.

Location and easy to get to and from They gave me an accessible/handicap room I had not requested.

We called the front desk, though communication was difficult, and while staff may have checked on the situation, we received no reassurance or follow-up. Eventually, the knocking stopped. It is possible the person simply had the wrong room, but the lack of response and the continued knocking after we spoke to them made the experience quite frightening.

Mattress was too soft, needs replacement. No housekeeping on 7/4.

Because of the tournament schedule, we had a lot of downtime between Friday and Sunday. When we checked in on Friday, we were told the cable service was down but expected to be restored by Saturday morning. Unfortunately, it was still out Saturday morning, remained unavailable Saturday night, and was still not working when we checked out on Sunday. We were also stuck by the ice maker, which was used frequently, and our door had gaps on all three sides where light and noise came in. After paying for two nights, plus the cost of trip insurance, it was disappointing that there was no compensation or accommodation for the lack of cable during our entire stay.

Breakfast was good. The location was good and had eating establishments within walking distance. There was no TV service available the 3 days we were there and were told it'd be back on "shortly".

Out side doors didn’t. Room was lousy poor lighting in the room couldn’t read a book. No clock in the room or on the nightstand. This hotel used to be top notch when Holiday Days Inn ran it before.

Location was convenient for me and facilities were adaquete Extremely Noisy early in the morning

Room was clean, walls were quite thin and we could hear people talking and doors closing all the time but otherwise a good stay

We booked a 2 queen room and when we got there it was a king room and front desk said they were sold out. Very frustrating Also asked for more pillows and a blanket and the front desk didn’t know if they could get those for us.
