Very good Nothing

Great location with very nice and clean hotel.

The hotel was clean, and quiet. The breakfast was good and there were many options to choose from. The elevator was slow and jerky when it stopped.

Front desk at check in/out were friendly. The carpet in the lobby and in hallways looked dirty. There were broken tiles by the ice machine, our tub had a really slow drain, and there was something sticky and dirty on the wall inside the room. Overall the hotel seemed a little run down and dirty even though it looks like a newer Holiday Inn Express in photos . We could hear people walking above us all night so if you’re a light sleeper that might be an issue. Breakfast was good and staff working there were pleasant but I saw one person wipe spilled food from the floor with a rag then continue to wipe counters with that same rag. Not a lot of restaurant choices around other than a burger place across parking lot. Have to drive 10-15 mins away for anything after 9PM. It seemed to have too many issues for a hotel that I paid almost $400 for two nights. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Breakfast was very good. Nice atmosphere, but the layout was a little different. The lady manning the breakfast area was super. She apologized that the toaster wasn’t working right, even though she had asked I guess to have it fixed. She gets a A from me. Use butter that isn’t so hard. Really hard to butter your toast with hard butter.

Breakfast was refilled quickly! ☺️ First time to experience this-- so after breakfast , we headed straight to our room & we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had already been cleaned and made up!!! Such a wonderful unexpected touch! ♥️ Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel! Thank you staff for being very friendly! ♥️ We will definitely go back here!

The is location was perfect for all of our travels around Minnetonka! It was well kept, clean and quiet.

Modern technology and innovation with great personal

Greeted by a friendly front desk woman. Clean, bright and updated building. Our room was huge, clean and very comfortable. The gym was the best. Very large, clean and had free weights, benches, pulley machine, treadmill, bike, water, towels, mirrors. Pool and hot tub were smaller than most but that was not a concern, we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub. There was a large patio outside of the pool area with seating, we didn’t use but saw others enjoying it. We very quickly grabbed breakfast to go on a Sunday morning. What we had was good. Would definitely stay here again anytime we need to be in this area.

Very helpful and positive staff. Location is excellent, free parking and breakfast. Hotel is a bit older and shows signs of wear, rooms are comfortable and clean. Price is good especially for location!
