Room was clean and comfortable. Location was ideal for shopping and convenience.

The second room was cooled adequately, but the pillows were awful. I was left with a shapeless down pillow (husband is allergic), and got a lousy night’s sleep before a family event. No free breakfast, which I’d be fine with if the selection/ quality warranted it, but it was just a slightly bigger offering than the standard free continental breakfast—at $14.95. Disappointed & won’t return.

The only good thing about the hotel was the front desk staff, she was very helpful and listen to my concerns, we were moved to a different room the second night and it was a little better.

When we stayed, the hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was not as clean as usual, and some of the amenities were unavailable. However, the room itself was very clean and fully functional. In addition, the hotel staff was extrememly helpful and friendly. As an example, we witnessed several people request food from the restaurant as it was closing up, but the staff stayed late to serve the people.

Hotel was a good stop for a quick trip. If you’re planning to go to the nearby lake, it’s a nice spot. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. There’s a great trail to follow near the hotel and the hotel is close to the freeway.

Customer service and hot tub was out of service and I called before I got there and was told hot tub was working i got lied to

Front desk staff were very friendly, updated room with very comfortable beds! Spa was down however the pool was enjoyable and good temperature.

Property was under construction, but what was done was nice. There was a lacrosse team that was staying there and the children were very rowdy during the stay and at the pool maybe some stricter rules on parents watch in their children.

I PAID FOR MY ROOM BUT DID NOT EXPECT TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $50 OF WHICH I DIDN'T HAVE, SO I WASTED AND THREW AWAY $--- ON THIS PIECE OF CRAP HOTEL!!!!!

Staff was courteous. Room was very comfortable. Wait to check in was a bit long, but we checked in at busy time.

The room was pretty clean and it was quiet there for a Saturday night. There was confusion if we had a free breakfast or not so we didn't bother.
