Noted the sauna next to the pool and the locker room, very nice amenity.

Liked location. Quiet/away from all noise/chatter Seriously your toilets are was way too small. Need some type of bed or whatever to get up from toilet.

Happy with the hotel, clean room and very friendly staff. Pillow comfort was a different story but that is minor, just giving one person's heads up.

The location was close to my family. It would have been nice to have had the bed changed

No microwave in the room or down by the lobby for use. Otherwise everything else about the hotel and atmosphere was wonderful!

Fantastic staff, clean, comfortable, great restaurant

Staff was unhelpful with booking issues, does not resolve issues until it is too late. We booked a king room but had to stay in a double full room, which is a much different rest than a king for two adults sleeping in the same bed. Very disappointed with this stay.

Then I was charged for breakfasts in restaurant in addition! Noisy guests next door banged on our door in the middle of the night, kept up the noise in the hall with no help from hotel staff to quiet it down, after we called. Lovely property, clean, and great staff but we would not stay there again.

overall a well kept property that is in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to a lot of places. We discovered the quaint downtown Hopkins which was worth the overnight stay. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The heat kept the room a bit stuffy and there was not enough cold water in the fridge in the Club Lounge but hard to keep up with the demand so not the hotel's fault. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff worked hard to keep coffee flowing, turning over the tables and clearing plates. Ample free parking, a Starbucks in the lobby bar if you did not want food, a very nice outdoor seating area that in the right temperatures would be really nice.

The property was very impressive. The staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Great experience! 10/10

Pleasant stay

I wanted a weekend just to take care of me. The Marriott in Minnetonka, MN did not disappoint. The check-in was quick. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and furniture well kept. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were nice. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The resturant, Blue Birch, served excellent food. The best potstickers and Creme Burlee I've ever eaten. I loved the 12p check-out time.

The check in process was great. Jane was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was questionable. Food was good, waiting staff was not. I think she forgot about us.

Need was super comfy

This is a nice hotel. Especially if you are attending a convention, seminar, or wedding. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool area is also nice.

Everything was good until we went to have breakfast n were chased down by staff to sign a $36 breakfast for 2 that wasn't any better than any other hotel. I suspect this is how they get you when you book with Hotels.com
