The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. However, the balcony for this room could only hold 1 person, 1 chair and 1 very small table. They should not consider this to be a balcony or whatever they want to call it. Literally, only 1 person could go out and sit. 2 People could stand very close to each other if the chair and small table were not out there. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Jennifer booked our stay for us and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Jason checked us in and was kind enough to loan us a box fan for our stay. I appreciate the friendly staff.

The staff was courteous. The hotel was beautiful and smelled so wonderful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. The Bristo had wonderful food also.

Our hotel stay was clean, and staff was friendly overall a good experience. It did not have beach access but the staff was friendly and pointed us in the right direction. Would definitely stay there again.

It smelled like marijuana. I called the front desk to report it and the man told me” all rooms are smoke free.” Horrible customer service. The room smelled like marijuana. I was denied a new room assignment. I was told “ all rooms are smoke free.” Disrespectful, unprofessional front desk staff (man).

I like that the hotel was not within the hectic atmosphere of the tourist area. It was quiet, had great amenities and the staff was amazing. I like everything, the hotel served its purpose and the price was fantastic.

It took the hotel staff 40 minutes to resolve the issue, and instead of the room with two beds I had originally booked, they gave me a room with just one bed and a couch. They even demanded a $40 deposit. It was a truly unpleasant experience, and I want to hold both Booking.com and the Courtyard Hotel accountable.
