Mold on the ceiling tile on the way to the elevator. Wet floor in first motel room then changed to upstairs room which had a floor literally caving in. Room 220. Mold on caulk in bathroom. Curtains had mass of old food stuck to it.

While conveniently located, the hotel showed significant signs of deferred maintenance and lack of regular upkeep and cleaning. Would not recommend.

This place is not clean at all and you’ll b able to tell from the moment you step in the front door all the way down to the elevator is dirty, all the carpet in the hallways are stained and dirty the “suite” I got was dirty, couch dirty, bathroom dirty, towels dirty, couch in room dirty, they didn’t wash the bedding all linen and pillow cases stained and dirty, walls dirty. I just went ahead lost money and checked out.

Our room had a large bloody spot on carpet where u step out of hed

When we arrive to our room, the bathroom sink was leaking onto the floor. The smell of mold was terrible. The whole way ceiling tiles were Keith with black mold and smelled terrible. We left and I want my money back.

When we got to our room the bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. There was black mold in the ceiling tiles and air vents. It was a health hazard. We checked out and left. I have photos to prove the mold was present. I want a full refund ASAP

Pool area was an eyesore, chose not use the pool. Had issues with the TV, had to call staff. Guests were leaving side door purposefully unlocked which as a mother with my 2 year old I did not feel comfortable or safe. Hallway had bags of trash sitting next to the ice machine on main floor. Only plus was the breakfast.

The morning staff was really helpful and good. The check in staff was more interested to be talking on his phone and only helped when necessary. The room was fairly good. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fairly good. However, they gave us a handicap shower which we did not need that was very slippery and dangerous. Asked for a mate to step on and got a towel. Was a little disappointed.

My room was clean and the hotel was quiet, which was what I was looking for. It's an older hotel and not updated, but great value for the price.

property was close to department stores but the hotel itself was very dirty and staff did not respond to fix items. Stayed 3nights and they did not fix TV till last night in hotel.

It was a good place to stay will go again

Vary run down, holes in walls, blood and shoe prints on walls. Wall paper falling off walls. Pool was horrible, water was 1 foot below skimmers and temp was at 98 deg would not stay again almost left. I’ve stayed in comfort inn for work all over and this was by far worst I’ve ever seen

Drew,was,helpful. My room smelled of smoke. They changed it to a better room.

We booked this room on the wrong date last weekend. They would not move my date or refund me. So we booked another hotel that weekend and decided to come back the following weekend. Once we got to our room it smelled like smoke. The odor was very strong. I had my two young kids with me. We asked for another room and we switched rooms. The next room was any better. The tv did not work and there were pieces of hair on the covers. The lobby had a gentleman just walking around staring into the pool area where there were tons of kids present. A mom had warned me about this man just lingering around with no children with him. Overall it was a bad stay. I would not recommend or return to this hotel!!
