The elevator has a weird piss smell to it and the rooms are outdated and smells

Comfortable King size bed. The breakfast was full and satisfying. Toilet wasn't fastened in, moved around. The drain in the tub would not plug. Dirt, food and debris under the tables. Smelled fishy in the room. And the window screen was broken out.

Nothing Run down location that's was patched up, had to change rooms because I paid for a room with a jacuzzi and 3 different rooms were broken

If you can, stay somewhere safe. The property was in a convenient location, so I thought the hotel would be OK but when I got in the room, it smelled so bad. It just looked so old. It was like they had asbestos some mildew on the ceilings in the hallway. The property is poorly maintained, and the pool looks absolutely filthy.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and pleasant Needs to be updated, carpets look like they have been there for 50 years worth of guests. Very worn and stained. They were clean as we saw a gentleman using a carpet cleaner but I was not comfortable with bare feet

I liked that I could get a reservation for a Notre Dame football night game. Although the floor and bathroom were pretty clean, the furnishings seemed dirty, the door had a broken lock and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The hotel needs a major renovation and refresh.

This is a fine property but just run down. Will do the job -and close to campus but for games prices it’s too expensive. Breakfast was average.

Room was clean, staff was courteous and helpful, and it was near some great places to shop and eat.

Staff at front desk was great

It was a nice hotel. Clean room and good location. The breakfast was a full compliment of food. The pool looked great, but I didn't get the chance to view the workout area. I'd stay there again.

Breakfast left a bit to be desired for what we paid on football weekend Would stay here again.

Location for ND football game It was very smelly. Room not clean. Lights didn’t work in the lamps. Very dingy. Carpet was filthy. Probably never been shampooed.

Hotel is in major need of a renovation - would only stay if no other options

It was fine for 1 night after a concert, but the bathtub was dirty and stained and the room smelled weird.
