Comfort Inn & Suites Mishawaka - South Bend

Breakfast the next morning was subpar. We got there at 8:30 and breakfast was supposed to go to 9:30. There was hardly any food left and there was trash all over the floor. We did not eat there. The one positive is the location: right on Main Street with plenty of eateries to choose from. 5 minutes away from the Riverwalk- very pretty.

Aparte de todo me cobraron una cobija porque segun la housekeeping dijo que no estaba en la habitación (Ellos se inventaron eso para cobrarme 100$ extra). Totalmente horrible

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel with my family, and the experience was not pleasant. The elevator is not working. There is only one luggage cart. The pool was closed. The floors are very uneven and have many broken tiles. They have very little staff to provide the services they offer. The only person working as a receptionist is also the one who manages the kitchen and breakfast service.

The staff was largely family and they were very pleasant people. However nothing has been put back into the facility which has numerous water leaks and mold issues . There was an overwhelming odor of marijuana on all three floors. The floors had soap residue which left them slippery. The best description I can give is that the building and house services are not properly or professionally maintained. The breakfast lacked utensils, the scrambled eggs had tin foil, the bakery was stale and tables not cleaned. I do not recommend this motel.

The hotel is just a little neglected in need some TLC. The workers are very nice but the hotel is kind of dingy and the first room that we had it smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes.

Well it was a place to stay. Was it cleanish? Yes. Just run down and not the greatest curb appeal. Room had some random stains/spots, walls had holes in it around the sprinkler system, water damage in the bathrooms and spots on the sheets. No signs of bedbugs so that was a plus.

The pool was closed even tho I called ahead to ask about it, the website also said it was family friendly and had cribs available so I purposely left sleeping equipment at home just to get there and them tell me there were none available/ broke.

The coffee was awful! Didn't even taste like coffee. The food wasn't very good either. No taste or flavor.

The temperature of the room bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly eating places near to the hotel pitcher of cold lemon water and coffee available 24/7 Bacon and sausage very greesy

The place is dirty and needs lots of maintenance. The staff is very slow.

The TV was broken. We called the man to come up and fix it and he never showed up. The room was dirty. All the tile in the bathroom was broken and loose. The tub drain did not work so I could not bathe.

Was having surgery so could not eat before. Rooms are a bit dated. The television did not work. Luckily, we didn't really have time to watch.
