If it hadn't been for the night girl I probably would have gone elsewhere. The breakfest was muffins-no butter and granola bars

Price was right and plenty of stuff in the area. There was a fridge and freezer, but that's where it ends. Very dirty in the hallways (many little piles of trash/foodstuff), room wasn't much better. Shower had a lot of hair and felt slimy at the bottom. Everything just felt very worn out. I was able to sleep, and the freezer was handy, but that's about it. I wasn't going to eat the "grab-and-go" breakfast, but I was curious what they had. I came out at 8:00 and all they had out was coffee.

I wanted a room with a king bed and a large refrigerator that was centrally located. I got that but I overpaid for a place that was not clean and smelled like smoke. Staff was nice enough but they did not have any of the amenities that they were supposed to. Overall, I would not stay there again unless the prove was right.

Not clean hotel room door could not be open, staff send refunds to Expedia but nothing is posted in my account yet

Our room was dirty, the beds weren't made, and there was trash in the room.

pet friendly it had mold, no towels, smelled of pee, and no handle on bathroom door, fridge had rotten food stuck on shelves most lights didnt work

And the room key didn’t work. Horrible experience. I paid way too much for this room for it to have been in the condition it was in….. -10 out of 10!!!!!!!

I didn’t even get to stay because they had the building locked when I arrived and the phone didn’t work That the building was locked down and the phone didn’t work that you were suppose to use to call customer service

The location was great! It was right by everything we could want! The entire place smelled like marijuana. Housekeeping didnt change out our towels or take our trash on our second day. The free breakfast was literally packaged muffins and coffee and oddly enough was super difficult to find even though it was in the front lobby.

Rude staff, over booked the hotel. No call to tell us nothing found out when we got there

Nothing. Hotel over booked and gave away our room. Counter clerk was rude, and just said we'd have to find somewhere else. People where loitering around the front entrance, and it reaked of Marijuana. See above.
