Amazing manager on night shift! Went above and beyond to be accommodating.

Not happy at a ll. Had reservations got there checked in given a room went to room someone was in that room. Went back to desk was given another room. Went to room same thing. Went back to desk u sure of what to do for us. Left and found a different hotel to stay at.

Do cleanliness of the room staff wasn’t there to check in when we arrived late and the amenities wasn’t working

I like the hotel but this time the staff was rude and nasty. The room was dirty for sure and we didnt say anything cuz we had waited forever tk get into room

This was the worst experience we've had at any hotel. The first room we tried smelled of cigarettes and was falling apart. They got us a different room, which supposedly they just finished cleaning, the bathroom had not been touched and the floor was sticky, and it smelled badly when the air came on. We had to book another hotel and not successful in getting our money back(they said they would try to get us a refund for the second night which didn't happen. We will not be staying at any Extended Stay hotel or any of their affiliates. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!

Even though I had booked a room through this site, when I arrived the hotel was overbooked and I did not have a room. The desk clerk offered no apologies and no solutions.

I arrive late at night to check in to a reservation I had already made and confirm, just to arrive there saying it was overbooked. I end up searching for another hotel nearby.

I didn’t like anything cause I don’t get a room after driving seven hours I got there at midnight they said they dont have rooms even though I had reservation with Expedia they blamed Expedia that they overbooked

It was in a great location My room was dirty i didnt have sheets or pillows and the room service was horrible

Clean, neat, centrally located Very run down, no plugs or metal strainer in the sink and bathtub. No hair dryer “because of Covid”. Really? Faucets leaked over the countertops.
