The Location It smell like animals on the top floor

Nothing went well. They told us they didn't have a room for us. After waiting in line for one hour. Please see above.

They canceled our booking without ever notifying us, then when we tried to get ahold of the hotel's front desk, no one answered. We eventually got ahold of Booking.com to help us with the issue, and they also were not able to contact the front desk since no one was ansewring.

Nightmare and totally disorganized do not stay here.

Absolutely nothing Customer service was absolutely terrible

The staff was great. The bath tub had a leak and ran all night. The bath tubs drain was rusted through. Lots of cigarette and weed smell.

The price The faculty was dated and in bad shape.

Location and full- size fridge. Filthy microwave, kitchen counter water-damaged and worn. Constant drip in bathtub faucet. Remote for TV had broken battery compartment. Lazy housekeeping. Doesn't clean under or behind furniture. Bathtube needed a good scouring, no water pressure, shower head practically coming out of the wall. No staff over-night at front desk.

Absolutely Nothing As soon as I got there the manager said you overbooked his hotel by 17 rooms and they didn't have a room for us. Then when we asked what we were supposed to do his response was "Not my Problem"

The area. that’s about it. the bathroom wasn’t clean, it had a used soap bar on the ledge and so much nasty dust. if you dare to walk barefoot on the floor, prepare to pick up a bunch of dirt on your feed.

Wr got there at 11pm. Our room was disgusting. Filthy. No remote. TV didn't work. Hair, crumbs and wrappers in all the drawers. Broker drawers. I went downstairs to complain. The front desk lady had to go look at 2 other rooms to which both looked just like the one we were staying in. She admitted that they were dirty. The front desk was understanding and did give us a full refund. Its a low budget place to stay if you dont mind living in someone else's filth.

I didn’t stay. I checked out a couple of hours after checking in the hotel was awful. It wasn’t clean. The bathroom was nasty on there was bedbugs in the room so I didn’t stay.

Terrible experience. Waited 2 hours to get room. When we got a room it was a single bed with no sheets and pee stained mattress. I reserved a double bed. When we went down to desk they said that's all they had. Left and went to another hotel.

They over booked and turned us away as well as bunch of other people. They overbooked and turned us away. We will never come back there again.

Several people didn’t get a room due to them overbooking ?

Location would’ve been closer to venue. The hotel was absolutely disgusting! The ONE person working was irritated and flustered. Check in took over 40 minutes, only to access our room right off the lobby that smelled like a wet smoking dog. Bed was unmade! No sheets, blood and other stains on the mattress cover. Small black bugs on mattress. I have pictures! Toilet had shit skids and splatter. Immediately went to front desk, returned keys asked for refund. Was told since we booked online we had to address refund through the website we used to book.
