SpringHill Suites by Marriott Mishawaka-University Area

I expected the "suite" to be a little more spacious than a regular hotel room. It was just a regular sized room. Way overpriced and not a good value.

Very good

Checking in was easy and friendly very professional

Place was very affordable and room was great.

Nice hit

Wonderful stay, great staff and nice breakfast

Exceptional

Enjoyed the stay! Friendly staff, nice amenities, yet the only reason I booked was because there was a hot tub listed. Only pool available. Breakfast was nice. Room definitely needed better attention, food from previous guest there. Had to clean toilet and shower.

0hotel needs a renovation, staff was fantastic

Overcharged my card and the manager was super amazing to deal with! She got everything straightened out and fixed.

We were in a king suite and the room has a lot of extra space which would be great for families with kids. The property is in a great location to be able to get to a lot of different places. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

The value.

Mold in the shower, mini fridge was either farm or frozen, the photos showed a hot tub and it looked like it was filled in years ago so the photos were deceiving.

Awesome Customer Service!!

The shower broke and would not spray Couch was very stained Add said there were two queens and sofa. There were only fulls and a couch Knowing we are driving 8 hours and my pain we picked this hotel as the pictures shown had showing a hot tub. There wasn’t one Very disappointed

The staff was not very helpful and asked me to solve the issue and I had to call Experian twice to resolve the issue. It turns out the virtual card was issued for next day instead of the same day. Waste two hours !

I honestly didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel and only stayed one night but it looked like the pool was up and running and the breakfast in the lobby in the morning. The hotel looked maintained pretty well and it was very quiet. My room was very comfortable the bedding clean and the room was nice, there were very small cosmetic blemishes but nothing that affected my stay at all. The only thing I noticed that was a little yuck was there was a used bar of soap on the soap shelf in my shower but I just threw it seat and called it a day. The towels were actually impressively sized for a hotel and the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were too. Air worked perfectly as did the mini fridge. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, would definitely stay here again!

Staff is horrible

Don’t stay here! Mold in the ceiling and bathtub cracks..
