The staff was not very helpful and asked me to solve the issue and I had to call Experian twice to resolve the issue. It turns out the virtual card was issued for next day instead of the same day. Waste two hours !

I honestly didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel and only stayed one night but it looked like the pool was up and running and the breakfast in the lobby in the morning. The hotel looked maintained pretty well and it was very quiet. My room was very comfortable the bedding clean and the room was nice, there were very small cosmetic blemishes but nothing that affected my stay at all. The only thing I noticed that was a little yuck was there was a used bar of soap on the soap shelf in my shower but I just threw it seat and called it a day. The towels were actually impressively sized for a hotel and the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were too. Air worked perfectly as did the mini fridge. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, would definitely stay here again!

Don’t stay here! Mold in the ceiling and bathtub cracks..

Hotel was sketchy, hardly anyone in parking lot, didn’t even look open when we pulled up…better places to stay in area

Check in staff was good even though they had issues with our reservation.

You advertised an open pool. Was closed entire stay, with no deduction for its advertising. Very unethical , period.

Staffer at front desk very friendly. Tv and wifi were spotty

There were raised tiles in our bathroom and we kept stubbing our toes. However more frustrating was that the photos online showed a hot tub with the indoor pool, it had been filled and it now a seating area. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a long drive, so that was really disappointing.

Few options. Oatmeal was a solid brick! Dated everyrhing. Fitness equipment did not work. Empty wipe container that was not filled. Two towels left in the fitness room.

Pleasent

Room wasn’t overly clean. Mold in bathroom. Sofa bed wasn’t clean. Pool was great. Fitness center was great. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was just okay.

There were a couple of black mold areas in the bathroom. Underneath the soap dish in shower and by the shower handle.

Comfy bed. Temp of room very comfortable

The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I appreciated her efforts to make me my stay peaceful and restful.

The first time I was on the third floor and I absolutely loved the room and everything the staff was phenomenal The second time I stayed was just the opposite I was in room 100 it had a strange odor the phone did not work it was smaller and the people around me were extremely loud

Good

The place is old and needs more maintenance but the people at the front desk are great. They have breakfast included and coffee all day. Great for a short visit, in and out. They have every other day room service. If you need fresh towels just ask for them

The pool was out of order.
