The lady that was sympathetic about the situation. It was front desk. When I arrived I wasn't able to get a room cause was told hotel was full.

Staff was great. Office closes at 10pm so make sure if you run out to you car you have your key. Outside in the back were I walked the dog looked like a homeless camp. Parking lot very dirty. We had no power so didn’t have many choices with a dog. Price was great and lots of food options close

The location although not that it was great just convenient. The room was dirty. I didn’t know that they charge you a $10 cleaning fee. I had to pay a cleaning fee for the next person I assume. Who paid my cleaning fee? No one apparently.There were toothpaste stains in the sink. Hair in the bathtub and a dirty wash rag hanging there. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. There was hair on the bathroom floor, not mine. There were stains in the kitchen like ketchup splattered on the wall. Crumbs on the counter. Oh, and did I mention the guy peeing out front as I was leaving? Giving them three stars was generous. Overall, just a bad experience and will never go back.

Room smelled terrible. Had barely any towels. Pullout couch had bloodstains on the mattress. Keycards to rooms did not work. Couldn't use the keycard to get into the vending machine and laundry room. Was locked outside at one point.

The door was locked and I was never given a room. You owe me money The door was locked. I never got the room. You owe me money!!

This whole experience was horrible. Not able to receive clean towels and having a remote control for tv and on top that no manager on duty.

The staff was awesome. Jeremiah went way above and beyond my expectations. He needs to own and run that building. It is like a family there. I didn't like the terms I left on. It was all my fault and I take total responsibility for the outcome.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. Air worked great and the Laundry was nice to have.

They gave away my room even though I booked my room way earlier in the same day. When I showed up I didn’t have my room besides, I have to called the front desk cause i wasn’t anyone taking care of people in the hotel.

Everything was laid out properly. Bath towel and the bed sheet.. Room stayed cool. When checking out no one was at the counter it was a Sunday maybe they closed. Bath was not cleaned still had hair in it. The shower diverter was broken Rm 318 btw..

Location Smells like cigarette and marijuana smoke, front desk rarely attended. Room was dirty, refrigerator had old food gunk in it. Only one chair in the room and i had to lay a bathroom towel on it to sit down. Noisy drunk tenants and barking dogs in other rooms.

We made reservations,but no room for us, we have to wait 2 hours till 2am to enter room.

room was dirty- I have pictures of hair in/on the shower and tub and the whole tub looked discgusting, we didn't even take showers in it because it was so bad! people couldn't get checked in as the attendant left at 10 pm and phone number on door wasn't being answered, they didn't "recognize" our expedia reservation, my daughter paid for her deposit with $100 cash because that's what she had and the next morning no one was around to give her the deposit back, we had issues with the first room not being cleaned at all so they took us to another room; in the middle of the night someone tried to come in and their key card WORKED on our room too but thankfully I had the latch going across the door or someone wouldn't walked right into the room in the middle of the night, AWFUL experience!!!

Its was a nice room but the building was dirty the room advertised a kitchen and that was it no pots pans glasses utensils nothing the tub was visibly dirty and one of the rooms I booked wasn't ready at all which they said I would get a refund for and still hasn't received that if someone took the time to care this could really be a better place to stay they only had one housekeeper maybe this is why the place was so dirty oh not to mention at night they completely shut down no staff is available our keys demagnetized not only us but other guess couldn't get in their room All of the above

Was double charged for my room plus the 100 deposit. Had what sounds like a basketball court above me most of the night and didn't get much sleep. Front desk lady was plesent but I didn't pick an affordable place to stay to cost me over $200 dollars for the night to not get a decent sleep, I might as well have slept in my car in a Walmart parking lot for free Double charged and noisy AF

The Price was Excellent Cleanliness of the building, the Grounds and the interior were also Not So Clean
