The room definitely had an older and the property was outdated.

I never received my down payment back and I left that place cleaner than I found it

The staff was excellent in trying to fix our issues. There is no communication between Booking.com and the motel. All the rooms reserved by us and others were given to other guests. Because I was in an ADA room, they had to clean it before I could stay the night after arriving at 11pm. Why wasn't the room clean already? Why were other people turned away after paying on-line after they were informed the rooms were already taken. This is a big time management issue and not a staff issue.

No cups in room, not even plastic. No coffee. No one on duty to even ask about it. It’s set up for extended stay. Bring your own supplies. Should quit advertising as a motel. Upcharged me a housekeeping fee. Dogs barking. Smell of weed.

The front desk did not open till 9 am.

Know one at front desk ever, Entire 1st floor smelled like Marijuana 2nd floor smelled extremely bad ( dog pee and dirty dog) took my breath, only a tiny bit of toilet paper in bathroom ( no extra roll anywhere) the bed was terrible, mattress had large dips in it, couldn't check out next morning because again, knowone at front desk, was forced to leave key card and key in a basket by front entrance ( anyone could have taken all of the keys they were wide open for something like that to happen, wont answer the phone to inquire about check out ( tried calling for 3 days- no answer) was charged $92.86 by booking.com for the room, upon arrival was charged another $84.00 plus a $70.00Deposit plus $12.00 key return fee plus a $7.00 housekeeping fee. All together to stay at the nasty smelly place and for what should have cost me $92.00 end up costing me $265.86 and of corse no answer when I called to ask questions. I wouldn't recommend to a human or a dirty animal to ever stay at Stidio 6 Extended Stay in Mishiwaka Indiana. The place needs to be shut down.

Room was not as stated in photos. Furniture was dated. Couldn’t use the closet due to shelving not installed. Kitchen floor dirty, something smeared on bathroom door, room door only had a door handle with a lock and key, curtains was torn. We had just got off the road and couldn’t find any other rooms available at that time. No one was at the front desk after 10pm. My room was paid in full prior to checking in and the hotel charged me an additional housekeeping fee of 24.95 at check in. RIDICULOUS!!!!! NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS TRASHTEL!!

The primary reason I booked at the property was that I could cook my own food. I usually stay at a different property of this type, but the rate seemed to be a good deal. Also, I was billed for four rooms.

this was the most horrible hotel, the most dirtiest hotel. I did not get any sleep. Someone knocked on my door half of the night that’s all.

The room was not very clean! We had to buy a swiffer to mop the floors!!! Staff was super kind

You get what you pay for. Staff was nice and beds were clean. Unfortunately for us that weekend all the card sensors went down so it was a hassle to get in our rooms from time to time.

We reserved a king room. Got a queen. The room was filthy. The tub and surround was so nasty. Soap scum and traces of blue shampoo or soap. The drain looks 100 years old. We never used it! The regular floors were sticky? Table top coming off. Caught my top on it. The 1 chair by the table was so dirty and disgusting. Thankfully the bed was ok but the sheets were all wrinkled like they were never folded! The elevator floor was so nasty!!! Noone was at the desk to talk to when we checked out. At least a partial refund would be nice. We have pictures of everything! How do we get compensated? Never booked through Expedia and now wonder if we ever will.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They allow both cats and dogs. A daily deposit is required which is more than fair. Theres an exercise room. The laundry room takes quarters and has an app to use a card. The elevator works and the rooms are spacious. I love that it's a full kitchen.

My entire room smelled like curry. There were cobwebs in the shower. The air conditioner worked quite poorly.

The lady that was sympathetic about the situation. It was front desk. When I arrived I wasn't able to get a room cause was told hotel was full.

The door was locked. I never got the room. You owe me money!!

Staff was great. Office closes at 10pm so make sure if you run out to you car you have your key. Outside in the back were I walked the dog looked like a homeless camp. Parking lot very dirty. We had no power so didn’t have many choices with a dog. Price was great and lots of food options close
