The carpet in the halls was stained, and the front desk staff was almost never there... and no one answered the phone when calling for info prior to booking. It didn't seem to meet Hyatt standards

Everything at this hotel was just perfect!! We had an amazing stay. Carl and Amanda were so wonderful and deserve to be recognized, please do so. Carl was polite and helpful upon check in. They were both excellent bartenders at the extended hours bar, which we appreciated. Carl was so friendly and Amanda was too in addition to her making me my very first, and delicious, Long Island iced tea!! Great vibes here, SO clean, and comfortable. I continue to appreciate that this hotel allows dogs, we didn’t bring ours this time but the option is great. Can’t say enough good things!!

Older hotel showing its age; room carpeting not great, a lil bit of mold in the shower grout lines, I was above the pull up:front of hotel, so light was beaming in all night despite curtains closed.
-
The room was clean and just like the photos. Breakfast was delicious lots of great options.
-
Quickest check in! The outlets near sink does not work. Stayed in a different room with same issues.
-
Really liked almost everything. Loved that the room was cleaned great every day. The staff was great. Breakfast was good except that I would love to have real bacon and a few more sweet pastries.
-
The room was comfortable and well presenting, but the shower tiles were a bit gross which made me feel uncertain about the other spaces. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical for a continental breakfast. If I had a choice, I wouldn’t stay again unless I knew for sure they did something sbout the bathroom showers.

The shower was amazing! Hotel is a little worn. A few of the plug ins didn’t work. Had great breakfast selection. The place to get food/drinks disappointing. Bar seating for 3. Would stay there again though.

No complaints!

The room had a lot of stains on the curtains, along with tears and there were holes in the ac/unit-could see outside through it. The shower door is not ideal as it was designed to not close, and there are other areas in clear disrepair. The TV was also hard to work, we never ended up using it. You have to cast from your phone. We followed all of the steps many times and finally just gave up using it. The hallways/elevator are very dark, dingy smokey, and full of carpet stains. There are even spots where you walk on the hallway carpet and your foot goes down into a bit of a depression (floor 2)…maybe from a previous leak. Again, great customer service, not what I was expecting for cleanliness though. This hotel is truly in need of care and fixing up!

Very clean, great staff
-
Great area with lots around it, great for kids. Safe and easy and clean. Would stay again if passing through. Best putt putt / arcade a few blocks away.
-
The staff was terrible. The front desk was not helpful at all. When I checked into my room my door was left open by someone. The hotel was pretty old, not updated.
-
They were very short of staff at check-in, but the lady there did an excellent job and she was covering the bar area as well. Best breakfast options and beds were great quality.
-
It was a nice to place. But needs some work.
-
One of my favorite places except the tv was an issue.
-
Breakfast room was warm & inviting. Breakfast was very good. Even when I arrived kinda late for breakfast the food just didn’t disappear. I’d stay here again.
-
All aspects of the property are in need of major updates! 1980’s/1990’s dark wood and beige paint. No A/C in the hallways, elevators, or common areas. Floors under carpet flexed/ moved (?) Elevators smelled bad. Adequately clean but “”old”

Breakfast was awesome. Staff is okay.
