Wonderful stay. We were there for over a week, and always pleasant front desk, our bathroom light went out, and as soon as we told them, maintenance had it fixed within the hour! Will absolutely stay here again! Great location also!

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There was no safe in the room, however - but that was the only negative.

The stay itself was OK. Would stay again. It was comfortable and only for a night. If it was for longer, we’d probably stay somewhere else. The front desk lady that checked us in was kind of short in her helpfulness and unprofessional. Also, the sofa in our room was very icky. We let them know, and there was no response.

Our room had a stale smell, even after running the AC all night, it still smelled stale the next morning. There were dirty spots on the walls in our room in the kitchen area and bathroom doorway and on the window shade. Pretty obvious spots. The couch was stained, I didn’t want to sit on it.

In-laws stayed on a different floor and said their room was impeccable. Likely a housekeeping staff issue.

The hotel and room quality were pretty good but the breakfast was sub-par.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, however the office chair in our room can use some steam cleaning.

Clean and close to the venue we’re playing at. Loved the areas in the lobby for our team and parents to hangout in! Queen bed did not feel like a queen more of a double!

Location, kitchen, clean room, pleasant and cooperative staff. We were early with no place to go, but staff allowed us to check in early. Public areas could have been cleaner. Our TV was very dark because of recent problems, but it was replaced quickly with new TV. Maintenance guy was great.

The breakfast was less than mediocre. The eggs were dry as were the sausage patties. Frankly, I was disappointed, and I promise that my expectations are not sky high.

It was a busy day when we checked in at 3:15, many rooms were not ready. We received a room and when we went to it, the door was open and the room was not fully cleaned. There were no sheets on the bed and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. We inquired with the front and it took about 15-20 minutes before they sent someone to finish the room. After this situation, everything else was okay.

Check in took over 45 minutes. It seemed like they were not prepared for a concert that was announced 6 months ago.
