Room and lobby were amazing. The hallways of the hotel looked like they were undergoing some cosmetic repairs, but nothing concerning. This hotel does not have a hot tub, but a decent sized pool. It shared an entrance with 2 other hotels, and I did notice people fly through the parking lot like it's a road, so use caution in the parking lot.

I am satisfied with this hotel

My husband and I stayed one night, and it was satisfactory - nothing special. There was adequate parking, the staff was polite, though not especially welcoming (the fact is, elderly people are sometimes treated with indifference). I noticed that the two modern sofas in the lobby were visibly stained - not a positive welcome. The room was well decorated, the linen was clean and neat, and the bathroom was acceptable, except for the dingy overflow hole in the sink. There were only 4-5 tissues in the bathroom, a small annoyance as we could have used more. Finally, I think we paid enough ($142) for a standard room in a mid-range hotel to rate a free bottle of water; however, when we saw them being handed out and asked for one of the perhaps 48 bottles stacked in plain sight on a desk behind the check-in counter, we were told they were for members only. We don't travel enough to join hotel clubs, and when we do, we look for a 3.5-star or above rating, a good price, and a safe area. This hotel met those requirements.

Rooms were muggy even with a/c pool was dirty

Outdated bedroom and shower, so far the bed is clean and comfortable and bedroom has space. Carpet is old, TV is not smart and internet is horrible, connection is in and out. Side door is broken, key card is not working. During our stay the pool is messy

The staff at that hotel were really great! Can’t say the same about the property though. Very strong smell of mold and the air conditioning in the room was not working properly .

. I visited this property several times and I say the room is always clean . I get the king with balcony to get some fresh air and seat outside the room . Location is pretty good at Mishawaka , with grocery, restaurants close by

This place was amazing. The staff were so wonderful and the customer service top notch. The room was clean and amenities so needed. I would recommend this place for anyone, whether you travel with family or alone.

Great stay and the beds were comfy

This property was not maintained at all! The AC units on our floor (4th) were not working properly. Probably because their air filters were disgusting! The unit in our room did not removed the humidity, thus our bed sheets felt moist. Our room had no regular coffee pods, when we asked for some we were told they were out. Our hallway was overrun with unruly kids till after 11:00 pm. I called the front desk and complained. I don't think this hotel had any kind of security. But things did get quiet. The WiFi was all over the place on speed and strength. There was very loud music playing in their restaurant area on Friday evening when we were checking in. You couldn't hear the desk clerk, and I'm pretty sure she couldn't hear us either! Ridiculous! We will not go back!

Clean, modern decor, love they had a bar for the adults. Breakfast was solid. Staff at breakfast was amazing and bar!

The stay was amazing..the kids enjoyed their stay and the beds were very comfy..

Very nice staff and great location

It’s a fine hotel for a place to rest your head for the night but this place was dirty and beat up. Our microwave was broken, our shower was broken, and there were stains everywhere. Nice location in town though.
