NA Had to ask for air spray. Could not hold breath long enough.old carpet. No soap of any kind Room was attended to but just stank terribly. Would have left immediately but no refund we reserved on line. Big mistake

Awesome staff. Best Ronnie stayed in for a while as far as cleanliness and fresh paint as well as new flooring. Definitely recommend this hotel

Late flight and they let my daughter. Check in. Nice people. Good location near airport. Clean. I liked that it wasn’t a chain. Breakfast available. Price was ok for the area.

Was ok for a quick stay but remote batteries were dead. Went to office to get new batteries and receptionist couldn’t find any, even went to look in her car before taking the ones out of the lobby remote….which were also dead. Had to drive to WinCo at almost 3am to but my own batteries.

This is an older property but clean and quiet. I will stay there again.

I was looking for and got a cheap rate, so can’t really complain about much. It was quiet, clean, except for the carpet stains, and warm.

The building was old, but well maintained and clean. I ranked this hotel highly because it was conveniently located, priced fairly, nicely located with friendly staff.

Clean and inexpensive. Good location. Everything was in good shape despite being outdated. As a professional cleaning company owner I appreciated the exceptionally clean room. Very low water pressure. Takes a good 5 minutes to get hot water to the shower and I never got hot water in the sink. The water pressure slows to a trickle every couple of minutes while showering. Very outdated. Bed was very hard.

Very good location and a nice sized room. It served us well for a quick stop in beautiful Missoula and was close to good breakfast restaurants.

Like most things in life, you get what you pay for. Same is true for Brooks Street Inn. Room furnishings were dated but clean, and the staff was really good.

Staff was great. This is an older property and is tired, but met my needs. Internet connection was variable.
