Cheaper option in town. Saying goes get what you pay for. A/c unit barely worked in my room, bedding and pillows could tell were definitely old. But the room did the job needed and provided a nights rest.

Staff was very helpful; they upgraded our room when the room we booked wasnt available. Nice cole air-conditioning for these hot days!
-
The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they had a book lending spot in the lobby. The room itself was dated, the carpet was visibly dirty and it smelled pretty bad. We had to open the windows to air the room out.

Sta6r is always amazing... The rooms are comfortable, quiet, Kinda away from the hustle and bustle of Missoula... Love it

Just very unfriendly not helpful. Said it was full I wanted a first floor room . Due to disability and didn't even offer to help me up the stairs

Our room was very old and dirty. The carpet was very dirty, we were given a half empty shampoo bottle. One bar of soap for the wash station and the bathtub. Stains on the sheets. AC didn't work in July. We would not stay again. Friendly staff but yuck!

Very nice hotel and very nice staff. Have stayed here a couple times an plan on staying again in the future.

It was a nice quiet place to stay the rooms were clean the carpet could have been cleaner and that's the only complaint I have.

Everything was amazing except the water pressure. Its a small thing and shouldn't stop anyone from staying with them. We would 100% stay agin.

Check in was a breeze, I was looking for a clean room, cool sheets and a hot shower, these were meet to expectation. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave which were gratefully used. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room which was a little disappointing, though in the lobby there always had fresh brewed coffee which was delicious! I got a cup on my way to the airport, which help with opening my eyes at that hour. I was able to park my car right outside the room which made me feel safe about thay. They had a fence around the back of the property so only car entry was through the front. I imagine they have security cameras if there was any intrusion into parking areas. I'd definitly stay there again and recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, safe, stay, who isn't looking for on site amenities. PMZ

Tv didn’t work but was clean

The staff were very nice and the room was clean.
-
The only issue was that the shower didn't work and the tub stopper leaked. So I took a bucket bath with the ice bucket. Not great but it worked.
-
Room was decently clean and maintained, however the front desk staff said my room number out loud while checking in which is a safety concern as a woman traveling alone.
-
Very kind and helpful staff. The property is older and is experiencing some issues with its age. It suited our needs.
-
Clean room also staffing went out of their way to make sure there customers where happy.

Simple older motor inn, have stayed here a couple times in the past year. They have coffee and ice if you want it in the office. Friendly and helpful staff (William was great!) rooms are clean but dated, but this is reflected in the price point. While traveling on motorcycles, this is always a great, economical place to stay!

Good, reasonably priced stay. Thanks!

When I got to the room, I went to close the drapes to the window, and the curtain rod broke. I took the broken Rod to the front desk, and the gentleman came to the room to inspect. He said they would get that fixed the next day. I was gone the entire day for work and when I got back to the room, the curtain rod was not fixed. The table was dirty and had not been cleaned from when the previous guest was there. The rest of the room was OK, but definitely not what the rating said on Expedia. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
