The motel is old and dirty. Night staff(checking in) was ok at best. Morning staff was excellent. Young man at desk was completely accommodating. Room carpet was very dirty. Bathroom outlet didn’t work-at all. We have stayed in a few dives, this one is definitely on the “never again “ list.

Shower was nice with a shower head in just the right height.

I paid $263.00 for a room that the air conditioning DID NOT WORK. On a day the heat was in the high 90's. the gentleman at the desk gave a small discount, but I feel I should have gotten at least half off. No other rooms were available. please let me know what can be done with this situation. I will not use your hotels again unless we can settle the bill for less.

The room was dirty and the AC did not work. It was over 90 degrees for the two days we stayed. Turned out talking to other guest several rooms had broken AC units. The bathroom was filthy as well. Overall the staff was friendly and tried to be accomadating.

The room was dirty. We were only able to check in at 6:30 for one and midnight for the other. Neither tv worked. Huge yellow stain on the mattress and the bathtub was full of hair. When asked to have someone fix the tv we were told they didn’t have anyone who could and when o complained in the morning they said they’d let the manager know but I haven’t heard anything about it. There was also a dead deer in the parking lot. Will never stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly but the beds were uncomfortable.
-
The front desk had 3 people working but only one checking people in. There were probably 10 people in line. She also said they were behind on cleaning rooms at 4:00PM. Luckily our room was ready. The room was old. Bathtub stained and the supports holding up the sink dirty. Cigarette burns in the walls of the bathroom. Bedding and towels were clean and comfy. There was a black bug crawling on the bed. I picked it up and put it out.

The AC wasn't working and it was 90 degrees outside so it felt like 120 degrees in the room. The sheets were dirty and the microwave didn't work.
-
Clean room, ac works very well

The area was quiet and nice. Close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
-
Staff was great but the rooms are old and extremely out of date and delpidated. The breakfast was minimal and many things were not stocked or working (milk, juice, sugar). The nightly rate was steep for what was provided.
-
Room was very clean. Staff less than enthusiastic and provided inaccurate info to connect to Internet. Exterior grounds junky. Entrance door on opposite side of motel broken and would not lock…anyone could enter. Also, a motorcycle belonging to long-term resident was an obstacle to entry door. Breakfast offerings were cold cereal and waffles. NO eggs, meats, or potatoes. Breakfast area and ice machines dominated by long-term residents. If you are traveling through, DO NOT stay here! Unrelaxing & stressful.
-
Had trouble with our room key and the door would not open! Was given a pry bar from the front desk lady to try to open our door. Finally it worked. Sketchy people staying there and the outside doors would not latch or lock behind you, leaving you exposed to whoever could enter the building.
-
The guy working the late night shift had been off for two days. I asked him for some detergent to wash clothes with. He said they didn’t have any. He didn’t even go look. He treated me like I was a homeless person. I would never go back to that motel.
-
Very dated.
-
The staff was amazing. The rooms were outdated and small.
-
Tbe breakfast could have been a little better, but it was adequate. The building was old, but taken care of as best as it could have been. The back entrance smoke detector was signaling a low battery issue. Troubling.
-
We usually stay in a different hotel down the street but because of graduation and Mother’s Day visitors this was our only choice. It’s run down, no elevator, loud, you can hear all the people above you, breakfast choices not that good.
-
Ant infestation and moldy bathroom.
-
The hotel is an older hotel, with a few stains on the carpets but furnishings are in good shape. The room was clean with adequate bathroom, coffee and tea supplies. Staff was friendly and helpful. One night had an issue with loud arguing people close by. Continental breakfast was adequate. Would stay there again.
