Garner Hotel Missoula Southwest by IHG

Overall great hotel. The staff were supurb with special mention of Mia who was so responsive to queations and requests. We could tell she was hustling! Some of the fixtures and soap dispensers could use some tightening. Breakfast was great and 24/7 Costa coffee machine a plus. Game room with pool table was great for kids.

I would stay here again even though it’s a bit pricey for not having a hot tub or pool. My room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

The motel was very clean! Staff was nice. Breakfast was great. The only thing I can say negative, is their pillows were not plush and comfy at all. I will stay again as the stay was nice.

When we got there we were told they didn’t have one. Had to take a king room with a pull out bed. She was rude about it

Clean and comfortable room with cold A/C. Within walking distance from good places to eat, Rock Star motorcycle parking in front of the front door, right on Hwy 12 and close to Lolo.

It was a good day. My only complaint is parking availability. By the time we were done with our concert and got back to the motel at 11:30 there was probably one or two parking that say diamond parking exclusive nowhere else could I park that’s my only complaint the actual stay in the hotel was great. Their parking lot needs to be bigger.

Within walking distance to fairgrounds, and a nearby grocery store. Very clean, open layout for lobby and felt very safe in this area. Great free breakfast every morning, 24 hour coffee and always ice cold water available for free!

We showe up only to find out our room with 2 queens has only 1queen. Hitler front desk blamed hotels.com and said they had no more rooms available to give us. So we had to sleep on the floor. I don't know whose fault it really was, all I know is hotels.com claimed they couldn't get a hold of anybody there to verify this after a week (which is just ridiculous) and refused to give me a refund for even 50% of it. Not necessarily the property's fault (but maybe it was?). Hotel itself was good and clean.

Very nice hotel. Affordable as well. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The General Manager and her staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Complimentary Breakfast definitely did the job. My new go to hotel in Missoula. Thank you to the staff for great service.
