Clean, comfortable room that has been redone. Nice stay.

Well priced for a Missoula hotel

The facility was kept in good condition and clean. The location was kind of awkward because of the busy street and very difficult to make a left turn.

The room was good for two people and the bed was very comfortable and the tv was a nice size. overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel; very convenient for our travels

A great place to stay - clean, pet friendly and a welcoming staff. Convenient to dining and grocery shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I’d say this hotel was mediocre. Seems they needed more staff, perhaps. With all the other options in Missoula, I probably would not stay here again. But at least it was in a cool location with lots of food and shopping nearby.

The staff was stellar and kind. Helpful and the cookies were delicious There was a street light directly out the windows that lit up the whole room all night. Particularly, even with the curtain closed and I tried to rig it and push it as close to the windows as I could with no success in blocking the light. Due to where the bed is, imthe stadium light shines directly in your eyes unless you sleep on your left side. Wrap around black out curtains would be helpful. Along with a way to turn off the light switch night light. We used a pillow to block the gap under the door.

Shower had black mold. No coffee pot in room

Room was updated and clean the wifi could be improved a bit but the tv and cable worked well

The bathroom door was older and painted.. it wouldn't stay latched... Our tissue box had only 3 tissues in it... and no spare box, the note pad was empty except for the note the housekeeper wrote on it.. she used the last piece of paper....

We ended up not staying here because the property gave away our room. We needed a room with 2 queen beds and we were given just 1 bed for 4 people. We ended up leaving. Hoping to get a full refund.
