Sleep Inn Missoula Southgate

The signs outside made us worried “make sure to lock your car”. Overall everything was okay would have rather stayed at a nicer hotel because I didn’t feel comfortable having my sandals off in the room.

Very nice and clean motel. Would recommend. Would stay again.

Everything was good. Clean room, relatively quiet, and good breakfast.

The pool and hot tub were immaculatly clean. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The room was clean-- and everything worked other than the little coffee maker-- which ended up being an outlet issue. Bed was a tad softer than I like (I like firm) but still it was comfortable. Had abit of a challenge trying to figure out how to use the heat/fan- but got it working OK. It wasn't noisy- like some of them are- ran quiet. Breakfast was good. I didn't see a guide for the TV... was looking for News-- never found it. Went down to the pool area... Never did get in the pool-- too cool for my likes. Hot Tub OK.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The bathroom sink had the hot and cold water reversed. The room had an odor that caused us to open the window.

I had never stayed in a Sleep in motel and was quite surprised in a good way. Shower stall was too small.

Comfortable bed. Nice, clean pool. Breakfast offered is good. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast room is very small.

Nothing this is the worst Sleep inn we've ever stayed at. Smelled like sewer when you walked in the front door. Elevator was loud and shaky like it was about to break. Rooms were not very clean, the shower has rust and hard water buildup on door and everything was dusty. Hottubs half way broken, the jets hardly work and when they did turn on it left a white film in the water. The breakfast area is so crammed you cant get to the food without hitting a chair behind you and the employee working in the breakfast area was rude and just pushed her way through. The guy at the front desk at night was just on phone the whole time and made it seem like all the guests needing something were an inconvenience to him. I will never stay here again! Do not recommend!

Had all we needed. Clean. No problems. Would stay again.

Easy check-in. Comfortable, clean rooms. Full breakfast available. It was in a very good location for us.

Everything was nice enough

Great location, price was right, comfortable room, nice hot tub, all was fine. Felt safe. Hot water went out when we were going to take showers but hey who doesn’t need a cold shower now and then. Lol. It was fixed quickly.

Front desk was very friendly.

Location I got charged double for the room. And it wasn’t fixed

Carpet was filthy. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Water in shower never got hot. Had to slam the door to shut it.

Not clean to much for what it was.

Great breakfast, clean property, helpful, friendly staff, great price.
