We told the front desk that the tv wasn't working, all she said was ok and we never heard from anyone or never got our tv working. We left a note in the room when we checked out. Room 210

This is a ratty, run down Hotel, in a run down end of Broadway. WiFi doesn’t work, breakfast room is messy and the food inedible. The staff however was friendly and helpful. But not enough to overcome the condition of the place and it’s surroundings

lobby looked a little shabby so we were a little hesitant about the room, but the room exceeds our expectations it was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and clean and everything we needed was provided.

Reasonable price for Staying close to downtown Missoula in comparison to others but price reflects quality

The shower whined with an ear-piercing shriek. Everything else was good.

I called Sandra about a week early to see about an early check in. And she was so excited to help me right away. She was great during check in. We saw Jay & Jake who were both so great to us. Everyone we ran in to was super helpful.

Almost everything was on par, but the wifi did not work.

This was an exceptionally poor choice for many reasons. Forgiving the fact that it is old, it did not have to be in such disrepair. The check in staff was friendly enough, but the dump of the room (outside and in) was more crackhouse/section 8 housing than anything that should be associated with the Wy dham brand. The concrete that makes the second floor walk way was crumbling and could easily hit a parked car or person. The door (room 110) had no stripping at the base so light, rodents/insects or the elements easily came in. This is a motel. It shares its parking lot with a McDonalds. This motel is next to a train track- IMMEDIATELY next to a train track. You may meet your budget travel goal here, but not any goal of getting good sleep. The spigot ran and wasted water whilst the shower head was running. I hate this place and you will too and shame on Wyndham Hotels for thinking this is a nice place for people. The neighborhood has several other choices. Choose elsewhere.

It did not live up to our expectations of Wyndham hotels. It is an old remodeled hotel with outside entrances. The outside had weeds growing under the windows. They did not tell us about the train whistles going by all night when we booked our reservation. It was very hard sleep with that noise.

Convenient and they worked with us as we had to extend our stay, Due to car problems

Train whistles regularly during night, earplugs were provided.

The breakfast i was hoping for omlets or greek yogart

The room was very clean. It seemed to be updated but something were older. The AC was so loud, I didn't sleep well at all. The breakfast was ok. It is also right by the train tracks which also woke me up

Sandra at the front desk was amazing.

I would stay again, it was affordable compared to other options.

It was clean, beds were comfortable.
