The door to our room would jiggle. Was concerned that it could move even when locked.
-
In the first room, the hot water did not work. So I changed rooms to one that worked. Expect train and highway noise. Close to the river, the university, and downtown.
-
Location. Parking right in front of the room Rediculous expensive!!! $297 a night

The staff was really friendly! I felt that I could go to them easily for any issues. The rooms themselves were clean. In the first room we were given, the heater was on and the AC was blowing hot air (it's summer). We talked about this with the front desk who gave us another room which I was really thankful for. However, the second room we were given smelled like dirty socks/feet. I didn't want to inconvenience them, and we were just staying the one night, so I did not bring it up. This is in no reflection of the staff who work there, I just think we got unlucky with the two rooms which had issues.

Clean comfortable Newley updated. Peaceful. It was great for the price.

Good parking facilities and opposite a McDonald's for food. Breakfast was limited, but we did get there half and hour before it closed. No proper black tea bags, only earl grey available. Might be something to consider providing.

Breakfast Handicap room

Room was clean and in good repair. Good value overall. Breakfast was minimal and the dining room dirty. Also, hours were not given at check-in, though I did find them later on a sticker on the key card holder. One child and I made it on time, but the rest of the family missed it entirely, because I didn't realize we arrived late until we were already there.

Very comfortable and accessible
-
The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the breakfast was hot and pretty good, although fairly limited. I like the location of the hotel close to the edge of town. But I might not stay there again because the train is too close to the rooms and quite loud.

All good

Greeted by nice helpful staff person. Room was clean with plenty of room. Good breakfast. Parking was limited. Not handy to get on and off the road. A couple of miles off the freeway which was not handy for us.

The on-site breakfast and coffee was GOOD. It’s in a small cafe adjacent to the hotel. Sometimes the free breakfast is mediocre. Very good hot breakfast burritos and hot coffee. Be advised - this is by a railway.

1. No hot water for showering 2. No closet or hangers to hang clothes for the wedding 3. Breakfast- limited choices for dairy intolerance. Boiled eggs would have done the trick. Positive - 1. Pleasant staff 2. Iron and ironing board available 3. Online check-in and out 4. Clean room and linens - non-smoking room 1. No Hot water 2.hangers for dress clothes 3. Limited items for a person dairy intolerance. Boiled eggs would have done the trick

Their accessible room was actually accessible! Very spacious room, the bathroom was big enough for the wheelchair and it had a roll-in shower. Plus they confirmed that we actually needed an accessible room which is amazing because they only have one. Manager Jay was very friendly and helpful. Quick and easy to get to from the interstate. We will be staying here again! The train is a little noisy but nothing we couldn't sleep through. They do have earplugs for light sleepers.

Breakfast was great, staff awesome. Booking.com. Tech issue, Expedia no answer. Couldn't check in as virtual card had insufficient funds. Had no idea extra $50 was put on account so I hadn't paid. Apparently for dogs that I was told we pay at Days Inn. Very frustrating and confusing, even manager was confused. She did figure it out and we got to stay. We had a long day, traveling 300+ miles, attending graduation, and needing to get to party.
