The general manager was extremely helpful and kind. I had an issue where I booked online for the wrong day and he personally solved the issue for me. He also gave me excellent recommendations on things to do and places to go around town.

Easy check-in, helpful staff, very clean room. Railroad tracks near the motel, breakfast serving space seemed dirty.

Very nice staff. Unfortunately seems to be the hang out for everyone after they go bar hopping all night. Very difficult to get much sleep.

The room was nice. The AC unit didn't work very well. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was ok.

Room was nice except we didn’t have hot water for a shower. We let the water run for over 5 minutes and were only able to get tepid water. That was disappointing!

We were put in a room that looked like an after thought. The TV, which we usually go to sleep by didn't work. The front desk gal tried to get it to work but then left to help someone else & said she'd be back. We waited 15 minutes before walking to the front desk, only to be told she left for the night.

Was unfortunate that a coal train runs by hotel every few hours! (Hence the earplugs you are given) Would have been nice to know. Breakfast was marginal. Staff leaves a plunger when toilet gets plugged, room key stopped working on the second day, and no hooks for towels in the bathroom. Value not worth the price!

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Room has hard floors which I like as it seems cleaner to me. Walking path close by.. Good offering for breakfast. Entry and exit is a little difficult.

Location The room we were given was about 10 feet from a railroad. Freight trains ran all night blowing air horns directly outside the hotel building. In all my years of travelling I have never had such a terrible nights sleep. If you value your sleep do not stay in this hotel.

It shares a parking lot with a McDonald’s, which is kinda small When I booked the stay it had a pool to use, then upon arrival was informed there was no pool to use as it was under construction. I should’ve been notified of my booking if something like that changes. It should’ve been refunded if needed. Not sure if I’ll use booking.com again.

Free ear plugs at check in, because we were very near active rail road tracks. Also it is a dog friendly hotel with a place to walk my dog and a bag dispenser out back. Also appreciate the fence between hotel and rail road. Maybe free breakfast could last longer. We didn't get a chance to try it.

THIS WAS THE NOISIEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. IT IS LOCATED RIGHT NEXT TO ACTIVE TRAIN TRACKS, TRAIN GOES BY ABOUT ONCE AND HOUR. SHOWER IN BATHROOM WAS EXTREMELY NOISY, BOTH MINE AND ADJACENT ROOMS. BREAKFAST WAS SERVED IN A HOAGIE SHOP AND ALL FOOD THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HOT(EGGS, SAUSAGE, ETC) WAS COLD.

Nice reasonable place about a 15-minute walk to downtown. Clean and great Personel working. Breakfast needs some help. And the train blowing horn every 2 hours was not the best sleeping conditions.
