Future Gas should be aware there is a train running close to this hotel and makes frequent train noises throughout the night. Earplugs were offered at the front desk at check-in, but it would’ve been nice to know this before booking.

We checked in late for a two night stay. As we were checking in, we noticed a jar on the desk offering free ear plugs. It just so happened that the weekend we were there for leasure was also the weekend that a big concert was happening just accross the street. We figured the ear plugs were being offered due to the potential noise from both the event and the noise potentially created by patrons returning to the hotel late at night. We didn't grab any. Well, as we entered our room, we noticed the window faced the setting sun. The room was very warm, as in mid to high 80's despite the ac running. We chalked it up to the window blind being open. As the sun set, we realized two things. The ac was not working and... the ear plugs were for the train horn that blasts about every 10 minutes at some points... throughout the entire evening. So you can imagine, it was a brutal night and little to no sleep was had. Here's were the story gets better. The next day, we brought it to the attention of the staff. Not only did they handle things for us and moved us to a different room promptly, but THE OWNER/GENERAL MANAGER of the hotel personally handled the exchange. He went above and beyond and for that reason, 100% we would stay there again. Every hotel in Missoula is going to hear those trains. NOTHING much anyone can do. The ear plugs the second night helped completely, Didn't even hear my wife get up to go for a walk. I'm going to start using ear plugs at the house!

The breakfast was full breakfast each day.

First of all, the staff were all very friendly, our room was clean and the inside had been updated... but the outside of the property was terrible. My heart took a deep dive when we drove into the parking lot. There was a lot of trash and even a set of dentures in the flower bed. I wish there was a way that Expedia could vet the properties that are on their site.

Okay overall, our room was at the end of the hall, and the railroad runs directly behind the building. Every 30 mins to an hour the trains horn would honk all night long. We didn’t get much sleep. Beside that the room was clean and the staff was super friendly

This is an old hotel in not the best part of town. It’s cheaper than others but there is a reason for that. Will not stay again

Close to where we needed to go. Sandra the evening manager was great and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good as well!

This was our second time staying here and as always the staff was very kind and helpful. My biggest and only real complaint was that we were put into one of the condo style queen rooms with a door that led to the parking lot and when I say we could hear EVERYTHING outside that door I do mean everything. The night was very noisey to say the least. The Air conditioning unit also seemed to be on its last leg and was so loud I thought a bus was passing by outside. Finally the last complaint was the VERY limited parking, which was made worse by the fact at least 5 parking spots were taken up by rocks that looked like they had been dumped there for some landscaping project. This won't be our last visit to this hotel, the staff are always the best, but hopefully that will be out last time in that particular room.

Jake the manager was great, the hostess in the dining area for breakfast was the best.
-
The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The only complaints I have is the parking situation, the homeless people who hang out by the railroad track and our room smelled AWFUL.

It’s a nice and clean hotel they also have great breakfast!
-
Although everything had a fresh update the AC was unable to keep the room cool and the breakfast was a bit bleak.

Pleasant check in & checkout experience

Definitely not worth the rate they charge.
