Nice room clean great view

Great property, lovely view from the well appointed balcony. Excellent dinner in the restaurant. Free icecream while we waited for our room as we were early for checkin.

Great Jacuzzi

The night before a marathon is when you need a clean, comfortable place to rest, and there was no way I could relax in those conditions. We ended up paying another $700 for the only available room in town just to get out of there. This experience was completely unacceptable. The owner should be embarrassed to charge those rates for a room in that condition.

Wonderful location by the water. Loved our patio overlooking Clark's Fork river! Comfortable beds and linens. Wonderful spot for a restaurant. Enjoyed breakfast and happy it was open so late in the evening! Still too pricey for the average tourist. Pool area was wonderful, but wished that it opened earlier than 10am.

Excellent location, very dog friendly A little pricey

I was charged $20 for Im assuming 2 bottled waters. I never received a full print out of the receipt that showed what the $20 fee was for. Paid over $400 for 1 night stay. Room was ok but not $400 worthy.

It was very much under construction when I stayed in early May. I have high hopes for improvement the next time. Rooms are pretty sparse, with not a lot of amenities. Access to elevators is limited if staying upstairs. Large complex, very nice creekside dining area. The hotel felt like it missed an opportunity to truly be a high end type of hotel, opting for a faux appearance motel feel rather than a truly high end finished hotel. Price point is a little higher for the experience. It’s very close to campus and very close to the football tailgating area. Location is an A+++.

The restaurant was the biggest disappointment of the stay. Cold food and slow service at their price point is sad experience. Landscaping on the river's side is completely overgrown. Don't waste your money on the view.

Newly renovated - Beautiful location and close to the university

We were charged $20 upon arrival for self parking which was ridiculous, especially as we weren’t given the option to park elsewhere before the assistant manager ran my card. There was a lot of advertisement for a pool that was closed for construction. The restaurant was yummy & the room was clean, but not worth the hassle and disappointment imo.

Beautiful property. It is still finishing up some details of the remodel which were a little un-slightly. I had a room facing the river on the ground floor and the patio foliage wasn’t well maintained. I am sure once they get everything all dialed in it will be beautiful! Staff was great, restaurant was great. Still probably one of the better places to stay in Missoula.

Location and staff were fabulous. A/C was not working. Room got very hot, not the best experience for the nightly price and overall higher end hotel.

Would be nice to have microwaves in rooms , everything else was fabulous !!

The location is stunning and unbeat

We have previously liked staying here with our dog. However we were disappointed to see “upgrades” that had paved over the grassy areas off of the first floor rooms. Access to the river is precarious with no safe path, so walking our dog has now become somewhat inconvenient. Not having a microwave in the room nor a freezer section in the room fridge was also inconvenient. Other than that, it is quiet, clean, and close to downtown.

Parking should be free. It was a noisy property. Lots of loud stomping all the time above my room.

Not a lot The fact the pool was an outdoor pool and not open yet. It’s montana you should probably have an indoor pool and hot tub. Then they charge you 20 dollars per day to park in the parking lot. For what reason I’m not sure, all the people that show up to the restaurant take up the parking spots that you have to pay for which is pretty inconvenient. Then they had an ant problem in the bathrooms. We had ants in one room and they just moved us down the hallway to another room that had the same problem. For a four star hotel didn’t feel like one at all. Not worth the price.
