Travelodge Inn & Suites by Wyndham Missoula University Park

The staff was amazing, very politeandhelpful. Unfortunately, the room was not. All the trim was peeling, the toilet had issues, the bed was very uncomfortable. It didn't feel great staying there. Honestly, I should have gotten a refund and stayed somewhere else.

The location of this hotel is great: a short walk from all the restaurants and shops in downtown Missoula. It’s also just a couple turns off the freeway, so very easy to get to. Though the room was enormous and the beds were comfortable, overall the room was subpar. First and foremost, it had not been thoroughly cleaned: we found several food wrappers from previous guests line around, and the bathroom showed many signs of previous guests. Second, the room’s cinderblock construction amplified all the sounds around us, from traffic in the parking lot to other guests in the hallway and in the rooms above and next to us. We could hear everything happening in the bathroom next door, and I’m sure they could hear everything happening in our bathroom!

Good price and location It wasn’t very clean. There were chicken nuggets in the fridge and the toilet was dirty.

Convenient area comfortable beds The floors looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped in months. Food crumbs and wrappers all over. Crumbs on my bed making me think the sheets weren't changed. Straw behind the very obviously not cleaned toilet, shower curtain stained and gross needs washed. Hand prints on walls shower needs scrubbed. Dust bunnies all under the tables. Over all you can tell a deep clean hasnt happened in a long while.

It was very quite !! I would stay at the travel lodge again. Thanks

I should have looked the location of the motel. The Train! Scared the crap out of me.

The rooms were spacious and quiet, except the train. I think the booking.com rates were higher than customary rates and noticed they went down the day we arrived! After our payment was processed the rates dropped! This makes me not trust booking.com, Then the rooms were dirty: floors gave me black feet, really old and fried feces on bathroom wall, and halls not vacuumed.

Close to train track. Very noisy at times.

It was a nice room. Plenty of space and good air conditioning. The shower was one of those max pressure blasters in a little tub. It was too much water in too small of a space. But I got clean!

Sadly the train makes a lot of Noise.

The room was not finished, the wiring was all in square conduit on the walls, there were no outlets in the room except for one by the bathroom sink, the tile was laid but not finished and no connection to the laminate floor outside of the bathroom. More!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfy beds, great location for stadium concert. Hotel very run down and in need of an overhaul. Way too much $ for the property

If you want a bed & shower fine but room, amenities were NO where near matching websites hotel offerings or descriptions. I had a Hornet in my room, which I had to remove myself, bring shower shoes as the tub is either really stained or it was really dirty. Área is extremely noisy with Trains, people & AC Unit sounded like diesel truck running all night. Couldn't open a windows, no coffee pot but had coffee supplies, floors were very sticky no blankets. I reported everything to the next day's clerk asking Manger to call me & NO RESPONSE. ITS BEEN 4 days/nights. I expected what I paid for, received far less. Travelodge completely missed the mark!!!

Clean and friendly staff

The staff was very nice. The bathtub was dirty. The bedding seemed questionably clean. The towels had black smudges on them. The floor had crumbs all over. Very uncomfortable to sleep here. For what I paid, this was not worth the price.

Room was very over priced. Location had limited parking. Room wasn't bad, iv stayed in worse. Water pressure and heat were great. The bed however was horrible and hurt my back terribly.
