Motel 6 University Missoula

This place looks nothing like the pictures they have posted. They need to update what their rooms actually look like. They’re pretty beat up inside. The outside is also pretty beat up.

It was the kind of hotel you would expect to get murdered in. Our room was sparce, to say the least, and really uncanny to walk into as it had once been a double queen, but they just removed the second bed and called it good. I will say that the night person was very helpful when I asked for a second blanket, when we found there was only one thin one on the bed. The mattress had no box springs and the springs poked into us, but we were so tired, we didn't really care at that point.

Water pressure in the shower was lacking. I’ve had worse but there seemed to be plenty of flow when coming out of the bath faucet. Really close to train tracks. We heard them all night long, but certainly not the motels fault.

Understaffed. Toilet wasn't working when we arrived. Beds were clean and the location was good re proximity to the university and walking paths.

Location was good for where we needed to be. Our room had pet hair on the floor and all over the refrigerator. The bathroom door did not close.Could not adjust for heat only air conditioning so just turned it off.

The room was clean but the floor seemed soft as in 2ater damage, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and the bed was lumpy. But for the price I guess it was all right

The staff. Taylor was outstanding, going above and beyond expected service. Nothing

I liked when I got up and left No smoke alarm, the hole was stuffed with paper towel, there was a loud banging noise coming from the air conditioning unit, the large tiles were missing, luckily it was a two beds, one of them was rounded and it kept pushing me off the bed, the other one was flat, my account at $20 removed twice since I've been back and I'm dealing with that right now! After driving 14 hours I was exhausted and it could not sleep in that piece of shit place.

Front desk staff was extremely nice. Blood stain on mattress protector. Overall cleanliness and atmosphere were not great, but you get what you pay for.

bed was HORRIBLE! You put a queen mattress (if you can call that piece of junk a mattress) on a king platform = NO SLEEP.
