No Real strong opinions one way or the other on any of the above

This place should not be rated as a 6. It is not worth the money.

She couldn't get my key to work. Gave me the key to the wrong room. No coffee! The curtains were smaller than the window, so people could see in all night. The Air/Heat was in the bathroom area and couldn't regulate our heat. Run down and disappointing. Right next to train tracks!!!

Room smelled like smoke, was told they were booked out so I couldn’t move but they would bring a device to try and help with the odor. Nobody ever brought a device even after going back to the office.

Fridge was broken. Room smelled horrifically of marijuana. No amenities to speak of. Train went by multiple times through the night. Will never stay there again. The AC unit was extremely loud. Ended up, shutting it off and just opening the windows.

Really could use a good cleaning and repairs floors, curtains were torn . Just hasn’t been well taken care of. Out of all of the hotels we stayed in it was the only one that required 50 deposit. Hope to see that returned soon!

It was clean, staff was very friendly, there was a McDonald's next door. Beds were a bit hard, no toiletries provided, not enough lighting.
-
Clean, comfy, FREE GOOD COFFEE, half mile walk to the heart of downtown Missoula. Reasonably priced. Second time I’ve stayed here, and I’ll be back!

This place in an absolute dump. I could try and list all of the issues but I just don’t care at this point. A few highlights though are no smoke detector, about 30% of the lights worked, parking lot full of cigarette butts and trash, no towels or blankets provided on check in, showed up 2 hours after check-in time and room not ready, filthy everything. Like I said, there was a lot. I also wouldn’t normally comment on smoke detectors aside from the fact that there are 2 mounts where they once would have been. I also wouldn’t write such a harsh review if this motel was priced to reflect the disrepair. It’s not. Stay literally anywhere else.

Wouldnt let us in. Said it was to late & our card was declined. Not true

Staff itself was fine. Were kind, friendly etc. However if you needed anything from them after their office was closed you had to wait until the morning when they re-opened the office. Staff was fine but unfortunately we had to call on them regarding TV that wouldn't allow us to change channels--had to synchronize they said--which they did. Just before going to bed, the light over the sink burned out. Room was a bit dark--there was no good lighting in the room at all. There were no Kleenex in the room. No "extra" frills included at all, but guess you get what you pay for.

good price clean sheets and wonderful staff

When we arrived and got into our room there was water all over the floor. We had a kitchenette but there was nothing in it. A stove with nothing to use to cook. Literally all the cabinets were empty. No coffee maker either. The bathroom had 1 towel and no wash clothes. No soap or shampoo or hair dryer or towel to step on out of the shower. We paid a total of $200 for this awful room. They even admitted they raised the prices because of a concert in town that we were not going too. The worst part is they would not honor my brother being a veteran and give him and his wife the discount on his room which is on the sign when you walk in. We will NEVER stay here again.

I like that I know what to expect with Motel 6. Nothing fancy, simple and clean enough for me and my dog. I think it has become overpriced for what it is. It has been and should remain a budget motel. I was shocked at the price and being Canadian, it is worse with the exchange. Fridge was very noisy this time.

A blanket on the bed would have been nice

Booked a room for someone one else. Didn't know about the $50 deposit. Staff was being difficult about paying over the phone trying to get me to call their main line to pay the deposit. Eventually I was helped out, it just seemed more stressful than it had to be for everyone involved.
