Made reservations and property was closed. After driving 3plus hours was very upset

When we arrived there after driving for hours. There were signs on the door stating the facility was closed. Empty parking lot when we arrived was the 1st thing we noticed. Why is it still up on the booking website??? That it was closed for business.

Not sure whose fault is this since the hotel was closed No intimation from Booking or from the hotel who accepted the booking

What’s most disappointing is that the hotel was aware of the issue earlier that day but made no attempt to notify guests in advance—no phone call, no email. I was told the remaining two nights would be refunded immediately, yet three days later I have received no refund, no confirmation, and no follow‑up communication. Calls to the hotel also go unanswered. This situation was handled very poorly and shows a serious lack of responsibility and communication. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.

Waffles were tasty. Lacking..no protein. No eggs, bacon, or sausage. Waffle station, oatmeal station, cereal station is fine but to have bacon eggs and sausage would be a big plus.

Front desk staff was very helpful, the young lady help with a map for my return to the airport was very helpful. Bed in room 419 very uncomfortable, two ice machines out of service, one elevator out of service, lack of breakfast options in the morning breakfast service. Very bright outside lighting at night.

The people above me were stomping around all night. And others on my floor, were slamming there doors all night as well.
