Everything thing was great. Check in was a hassle. Because the payment was nkt released by you guys. But the hotel management took care of it and they made sure to take care of their customer.

Good clean hotel with easy access to interstate. The area is safe with a restaurant and fuel station close by. Staff were very friendly.

This hotel was excellent! Very clean even though half of it was under remodel. The person at the front desk was super kind and helpful. It was quiet - I didn’t hear noise from any other guests at all. Bed was comfortable. I’d stay again!

Got charged twice for the same room, hotel was not helpful. Spent 3 hours trying to get my card refunded. Still fighting to get refunded.

In town for a college basketball game. Location is great, walked to Ruby Tuesday for dinner and Starbucks is less than a mile down the road! Great beds and large rooms. Will always choose this hotel when we’re in Mitchell!
