Our reservation was a mix up with online placement through trivago. The desk worker was on it, she called all the local HIExpress and main reservations. Found out we didn't have a reservation. So she provided a very nice clean room. My daughter and I hit the pool . The entire stay was 1st class from staff to the breakfast buffet that pleased my daughter who is crazy picky. My best stay at any holiday in.

This was a very enjoyable place to stay. My kids absolutely loved the pool and slide. I was impressed with the hot breakfast (omelettes, sausage, fluffy biscuits and yummy cinnamon rolls etc.) The breakfast attendant was the kindest, most attentive person and often anticipated people’s needs before they were even asked out loud. Our room was so spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Very negative vibe from the minute we walked in, I have never seen so many ‘no’ signs up telling guests what we could not do, not inviting at all.

I loved everything.. I would love to make a suggestion.. someone needs to clean the carpet and the couch.. simple cleaner spray like deodorizer would do.. I mean it looked great just a musty smell 👃 on couch and carpet.. love the out of room coffee late at night though that was 😋
