Everything from the space, the fireplaces, the robes and slippers. It was a great family space .

We spoke with the front desk and were told that roaches "are common" in that area. We are horrified and concerned about inadvertently taking them home with us. After much waiting time, the front desk staff "spoke with a supervisor" and offered a 25% refund of our 4 night stay. A quick google search finds that the cost to roach bomb a house is 4x the amount offered should we now have unseen roaches hiding in our belongings. This is an absolutely unacceptable response from Hilton staff. This Casita should NOT be rented until this infestation is properly handled. We asked that the supervisor contact us- to date that has not occurred. The housekeeping service in the Casitas was a nice touch; we received this service on 2 of the 4 requested days (50% follow through from staff).

Very nice casita! Updated and comfortable. We were there for 4 nights, 5 days; downside was there was no washer and dryer (hook ups were there but no machines). Also, Rocky Mtn electric turned the power off for 7 hours which resulted in our food in the refrigerator spoiling. Nice that the Hilton compensated us for a credit at their restaurant; however, we would have preferred to make our own breakfast in the comfort of our casita. Still we would book again.

Location, property itself is lovely. Furnishings, style excellent. Cleanliness, maintentance high quality. The casita kitchen was very poorly equipped. We weren't planning to cook much, so didn't request additional supplies, but what was provided was not adequate--e.g. no sharp knife whatsoever.

Convenient to center of Moab, beautiful pool area and public spaces. Breakfast was good. The casitas were very nice and spacious, plenty of room for a family and a full kitchen. There was not a washer dryer in the room although there were hookups in a closet. Very close to the laundromat however.
