Best location to get to the national parks. Also nice to come back to a pool to cool off in after a hot day.

Overall had a good experience although we had a rough check in. The Staff member that helped us was speaking so quietly that nobody could hear him and then he got mad when I had to ask what he’d said. It was a very rude interaction. Other than that and some noise outside our room at night, everything was good. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, pool was great, breakfast was good. Hope the front desk staff can get better training.

Great location and very spacious The slide at the pool did not work

Bad internet reception and wifi

CONS: The pool was great and a great temperature however, there is only a small section that is 5ft, so actual swimming was not really an option. There were, however a lot of chairs, umbrellas etc. The wifi was terrible, but I don't think that's the hotels fault, more of the town itself due to location.

Great location. Does need a renovation soon. TV and Wi-Fi were slow. No clock in the room and no carts upon arrival. Breakfast was OK. Mostly the same thing everyday. Last day there they did finally have bacon instead of sausage. Would stay again if the price is right.

Very good

The best amenity was the pool but we weren't able to use due to thunder/lightning 10.8 miles away from hotel. Room cleanliness was okay. Breakfast was okay.

I would stay here again.

Love the pool area....several choices (2 pools, 4 hot tubs and a splash pad) and very clean. The front desk clerk at check in (and check out) was very friendly and happy. We asked the housekeeper for dinner recommendations and she was very friendly and helpful too.

We made our reservation for the Fairfield and were moved to the Springfield with no notice. The room was not great the bathroom sink did not drain. The carpets were dirty i would not stay again

Fantastic location. Close to Arches, food and shopping. Pools/hot tubs were amazing after a long day of hiking. Would definitely stay here again

FRIENDLY STAFF!! No complaints at all. Some hiccups with the laundry room because they are going over to online pay but not completely transitioned but we overcame that. Loved the stay. Loved the pool! Not a huge crowd at the time of our stay and just an overall great stop on our trip!

Loved it! Water park was fun and hotel was close to town!

Great pool, good breakfast This place smells terrible. Our room smells strongly of moldy/damp towels. The entryway smelled of rotting food. Cleanliness is lacking.

This was a really nice facility in a gorgeous area. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but had a conflict before travel and could only stay for 1. Everything was great and I wish we could have stayed for the planned amount of time. Very conveniently located to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The only hitch was the fire alarm going off at 6:45 a.m. on a Saturday and startling us out of bed to go outside.
