Fantastic stay! Staff was great

Very clean hotel geared toward hikers and climbers but it was great for anyone. There were some breakfast items for purchase and coffee in the lobby not in the room. Great location right by Arches NP.

Loved our stay here , beds were amazing and loved the idea of the dometic fridge it’s way better than your small hotel fridge .

Room floors were dirty. Shower is “cute” but not practical.

I spoke with someone at the front desk about it. He told me he was going to speak with the manager and call me back in the room. That call never came. Apparently, ghosting guests is part of the service. The refrigerator in the room is basically the type of portable fridge you’d find in a Jeep set up for an overlanding trip. Make sure you ask someone how to use it, because clearly you shouldn’t assume it’s set to a reasonable temperature. We learned that the hard way. Food was ruined, and canned items actually exploded because it was set incorrectly. Also, don’t plan your morning around getting food or help from the front desk. The person working there seems to show up whenever they feel like it. And if you need assistance, don’t expect much. One of the responses we received was, “I just check people in.” For what we paid for the room, the service and overall experience were nowhere close to what they should have been. Save yourself the aggravation and stay somewhere else.

No coffee in the room and no free breakfast

This building does not have an elevator. That needs to be noted clearly, and not hidden in deep on the website. I was traveling with a friend who is mobility challenged. Had I known, I would have requested a first floor room. We didn't need an ADA room with special shower or hearing help. Just a first floor. Having an elevator in a public building in this day and age is mandatory. We heard at least 10 other guests asking about it and being surprised that there wasn't one. Especially in a town that touts great amenities in the rooms that include bike storage. Everyone traveling by car had luggage, a cooler, maybe bikes or other equipment with them. Common sense would say one needs easy access to the second floor. This is an older building that has been extensively renovated to a theme. Perhaps, guest convenience should have been higher on the list.

Clean room and excellent housekeeping. Nicely refurbished but the HVAC units were extremely noisy and the hotel rate was a 5 star price for a 3 (maybe 3.5) star hotel.

It’s a great property. A little under staffed for the amount of guests especially in the morning.

Room was very clean. Laundry was great amenity. The showers should have grab bars. A lot of elderly people were staying there. No elevators made it very difficult for guests to carry luggage upstairs. Other then that, it’s a great place to stay.

Loved our stay for two nights. Decor was modern and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bonus was the guest laundry. We were able to get it done while relaxing on the beautiful property!

Slackline was a great place to stay in Moab. It is just outside of the main strip, so it stays pretty quiet, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! It was clean and well maintained and we would definitely stay again.

The Slackline is a gem for minimalist. Cool vibes, clean property, great location. perhaps a bit too minimalist decor for my taste but i wanted to experience this uniqueness of the hotel. Front desk vibes can be hit or miss but they were kind enough to mail me back an item that i left in my room. lack of elevators can be difficult if you have heavy things to lift up to the second floor.

We loved our stay at Slackline! The room was just as pictured and very comfortable! We loved the pool and hot tub. We needed some last minute toiletries and they had everything we needed in the storefront.
