Helpful staff although overworked because he is also managing the other hotel near it.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is a few blocks away from busier downtown Moab. The view was really nice. The cleaner was so nice the next day, making sure we had coffee pods and towels despite us not needing room cleaned. The bathtub faucet was loose from the wall, so shower didnt work well. I recommend some new outdoor furniture as that is a first impression. It wasnt convenient to register at the neighboring Adventure Inn as we had a bit of a wait and then needed to move the car to the Inca. We would stay again though as it was quiet and clean, which is important to me. I recommend the Mediterranean restaurant next door.

Room was clean and comfortable but the outside of the hotel didn’t look so great and we had to check in at the property next door . Overall we would stay here again .

We had an issue with the AC so we were transferred to another room.

The room was clean and bed slept perfectly. The owner was helpful with places to eat and where to visit. Our night here was better than some if the well known chain motels.

The hotel is fine for very budget conscious travelers who just need a place to sleep. Despite advertising a pool, no pool (or hottub) on property! Cable TV service spotty. No weekend maid service. Bed clean, but floors dirty. No phone in room to contact office which is 100 yds down street at next hotel. Convenient Mediterranean restaurant next door who's patio is built on site of former pool. Wendy's a short walk for a quick bite.

Nothing fancy but clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Check in was easy and quick. Parking was close. Hair dryer was broke but worked. Shampoo/conditioner were low quality.

The location was convenient and the room served its basic purpose for a short stay, but cleanliness and security were concerns. There were quite a few bugs/gnats in the room, I found hairs in the bed and on the towels and the bathroom window was unlocked when I arrived, which made me uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. I ended up covering the window with a towel and wearing slippers around the room. The property is definitely budget-level and could use more attention to housekeeping and making guests feel secure.

The bathroom had an interesting layout. And could have used a tad more lighting over all but space worked well for 1 night.

Location Old rooms , super old almost yellow towels , found black long hair everywhere probably from the cleaning Lady, it’s a motel so I didn’t expect much but little overpriced for what it gives location is the only good thing

I loved my stay at Inca Inn, I’ve booked a room here for the last two years. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The air conditioning is fantastic after hiking and being out in the hot sun. So relaxing and amazing overall. Staff is always very helpful and welcoming. 10/10 experience for me.

A very budget friendly motel, one of the very best deals in Moab for price and a nice clean room.

Pretty run down but livable

Lots of places all walking distance.

Good price, dog-friendly with a $30 pet fee, comfortable bed, good A/C, with a refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker.

Comfortable bed, clean room, affordable. Extra lighting was nice. Bathroom was small, no problem us but might be for some.

Bathroom is small, worked for us but might be a problem if you needed more space.

Only disappointed is there isn’t a pool here anymore they should take down the pool pictures
