Honestly very good customer service. Had a late check in and the guy was very nice. The room was clean and nice, I would definitely stay there again

It was a nice, basic room. Glad to have a fridge and microwave. The loud air conditioner may bother most folks but it worked great.
-
Phenomenal spot, friendly front desk staff and staff perfect price. The room was spotless and air conditioning was strong. Will definitely stay again

Only got water, items falling apart.

Clean and quiet, great location, extremely helpful staff. Restaurant next door was great. The only way to improve would be to add a pool.
-
Room was clean and spacious. No shelves in the shower for the soap and shampoo.

It states there was laundry facilities on site but it was a lie, I purposely booked it to do laundry. You need to not false advertise.

This place is disaster and a real safety issue. And all my use of traveling, I have never walked out of a hotel that I have paid for the room and this one. I did. I will be fighting for a refund. The sockets are broken and hanging off the wall. The stairways the stairs are all broken. The lights have no light bulbs and the shades are all broken. The cushions on the chair are all torn apart and the stuffing coming out.I've never seen a hotel in. And there are no amenities, the pool is empty. The hot tub heavy rocks in it and they do not leave you even a bar.So.

Remember this is a budget motel. Very clean with a comfortable bed. Nothing fancy. A great location. We spent 3 nights and were given clean towels every day. Would stay again.

This is the second time that I have stayed at the Inca Hotel. I have enjoyed it both times. I had an issue with my key this trip, and the staff was so helpful! It was after 11 pm. They answered my call right away and got me back into my room in spite of the late hour. I will absolutely stay again the next time I return to Moab.

Everything was tip top Nothing

Room clean. Nice shower

It was quiet. The bed. I ended up with bed bug bites all over my arms, legs and around my neck and hairline. I had a hard time getting rid of them once I got home. It is upsetting because I am a caregiver for my husband and he has bites all over as well. ?

Price and location were good. Staff and front desk were really helpful and nice. Wifi was strong and had no issues with it. AC worked really well. Cleanliness was very good from a staff perspective, they were very good at getting the rooms prepared. But its just an old spot. Toilets are varnished, sink moves when you lean on it. Toilet spat back at me once. But honestly i can live with all that. Its just age and the stay was great and i'd do it again.
