The drawback to this property was the parking. Kit was completely full and had to park way at the top with stairs. Also the lights were out which made it a bit precarious.

Location and friendly and helpful staff. Be sure the floor is mopped. Our room was not mopped and you could feel the dirt & dust on the floor and your feet would be dark brown from not mopping the floor.

The room was clean, comfortable and huge. We had plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the continental breakfast the morning of our departure. The front desk guy was helpful when planning our sight seeing for the following day.

Moab itself is stunning, surrounded by incredible red rock landscapes. The room was spotless, the mattress was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on, and the bathroom was bright and roomy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast and coffee were both excellent. I only stayed one night, but I wish I could have stayed longer. I hope to come back someday. Highly recommend!

It was located close to restaurants and Arches National Park Couldn’t use the pool because it was so hot. If there’s any way to put a few umbrellas for shade it would be more welcoming.

My wife made the reservation for the wrong day and the desk clerk was extraordinarily helpful and patient in helping us fix it.
