We stayed here because it was cheap. I should have spent more. The property has not been maintained in years; it smells of air freshener, trying to cover up years of neglect. Do yourself a favor and spend more for a better place.

The room was clean, but not maintained. Leaking plumbing and just outdated. Very small bathroom.

Very run down and not clean. Never going to stay there again.

Filthy common areas

Avoid it. The pictures aren't accurate to the current state of the property, we pulled up and there were unsavory things going on in the parking lot. It's the cheapest property in Moab for a reason.

The pool was dilapidated and out of commission. It looks like for a long time with no warning. The towel rack was falling out of the wall, there was a sink and a bathroom sink. Both had faucets that were loose and when you turned it on the entire faucet shifted, only providing hot water on about 80% of the time. The air conditioner was falling out of the wall, I could see through and on. The inside was loaded with thick heavy dust, the door to the room had a gap in it. You could see through... It wasn't real secure! The place is a dump. I would not recommend it.

The location. Needs repairs and updating. Outside door to back of hotel had a broken card reader and dud not lock. Shower had mold. Toilet slow to flush. Bed too soft. Pool on disrepair not usable.

Clean room and friendly staff. Close to all the attractions. We got the rooms we requested.

It was a Days Inn it was what I expected.it was ok.

No check in available until 3, no matter what. Noisy ac.

Will not recommend. Will not return.

Location on Main Street of Moab. Insanely dirty.

Good location near sites and restaurants. A/C and ceiling fan in the room. Great coffee choices such as cappuccino. Poor breakfast options. Mostly continental choices.

2nd floor room. No elevator!

The room is dirty The shower is either hot or cold and sprays more water on the wall and floor absolutely no pressure. The bathroom exhaust does not work, the curtain is dirty as well as the door has something smeared all over it. The TV doesn't work. If it does get somewhat of a station its gets so digitally broke up you can't watch it. There is something gross and sticky on the carpet unfortunately I stepped in it trying to turn on the lamp. The door lock don't completely lock even if we slam it and try and push it tight to lock. We had to ask for basic room supplies. You would think for 150.00 a night you could at least get a shower and a bed. We are afraid to sleep in the bed with the rest of the room the way it is, so we are sleeping on our blankets on top. The hotel pool is a caved in trash dump at the front of the parking lot. The stairs from the lobby are just as dirty as the rest of the place. If I had not prepaid through the booking I wouldn't have ever stayed here.
