While we enjoyed our stay, they only had one elevator working and explained that the hotel would undergo a major renovation in the coming year. They do not have any rooms with roll-in showers, however as far as other accessibility in the bathroom, everything else was good. Normally when booking an accessible room they are close to the elevator. This is not the case here , and you have to walk quite a way to get to your room. The room keys are extremely “touchy,” get them anywhere near a phone and they are demagnetized. The staff told us this would hopefully change with their upcoming renovation as they have constant problems.

It was nice we could walk to a lot of places. The room was nice and clean. Normal hotel breakfast. Easy access to the National Parks. Cute Town.

I loved the room so inviting and comfortable, the first thing I do after unpacking is connect my laptop and TV. It is comforting that connecting to the internet and TV are very simple to do. We also enjoy the breakfast and your coffee. We can't think of anything we didn't like, great job!

The lights .... Everywhere. Made me feel like a baby chick in a box. Too warm. I never cooled off.

The room had two queen beds and a L-shaped sofa. The room and bathroom were very clean and nicely designed. We would definitely stay here again. Also, they gave us a 10% off at the restaurant right across from the hotel called Broken Oar. Great food and even better service!

The room had a cleanliness issue but it was quickly resolved. The staff apologized and ended up giving us a gift card, which was super sweet. The location is great- within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It’s a great affordable option close to everything and the staff is fabulous.

The Wi-Fi is unsecured, and while the breakfast was okay, the dining area is quite small and becomes crowded during busy times.

My biggest and only complaint is the bathroom lighting. So poor for people trying to do makeup and hair. Spend a few more dollars and install brighter light bulbs for goodness sucked

Staff forgot to clean room day 2 of our stay, other than that great place to stay! Spacious room!! no view on the second floor as we were told. Breakfast was good!

Staff were SUPER NICE. Offered late checkout at N/C to 1:00pm to allow you to see Arches and then pack plus shower. Super! Great crisp bacon for breakfast and eggs omelets were good too, not runny
