This hotel was okay but not one I would choose again.

The hotel was very clean---hallways, elevators, common areas. Staff was very friendly. We had a problem with our TV and they jumped right on it---the maintenance man even came back in from home! Rooms were a nice size, with a comfortable seating area. Breakfast was standard for a free hotel breakfast buffet, but it was replenished frequently and tables wiped---which is not always the norm. The location was fine--you could walk to downtown, but after a long day at national parks it was a little far for us. There are restaurants within easy walking distance. We did not use many of the amenities, but the spa was not working. Appreciated having laundry facility on site.

I ended up with a medical emergency while staying at the hotel. The staff was very helpful with my reservations and keeping my luggage while I was in the hospital.
-
Good breakfast and room was clean.
-
The only problem was that multiple gas, including herselves, had trouble with the credit card room key. It took many times 15 tries to get it to work. And turning in the please to get new keys

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast selection was limited, but adequate and included cook your own waffles. If you don't do this often, remember to spray the waffle iron before pouring in the batter.

The staff when we checked in was very pleasant, however the woman checking us in after that was a bit passive agressive. Maybe having a bad day!
