The pool area was disappointing the pool deck floors were dirty throughout our entire stay and didn’t appear to be cleaned. On both Friday and Saturday, the trash cans around the property remained full for most of the day, which made the common areas look neglected. Breakfast was another letdown. Compared to last year, the selection and overall quality seemed much poorer. On the positive side, we really liked our room. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping promptly provided extra towels whenever we requested them. However, the glasses in the room had not been cleaned properly, and one of them was broken, which should have been caught during room inspection. We’ve made Hyatt Place Moab our hotel of choice every year when we visit Moab, which is why this stay was especially disappointing. We truly hope management takes these comments to heart and restores the high standards we experienced in the past. We enjoy staying here and would love to continue returning for many years to come.

Great location, everything was convenient and clean, nice pool ( could use more lounge chairs) good breakfast in the morning and nice staff

Kids loved the pool, it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Rooms were clean and big, comfortable for a family of 5.

Solid pool, friendly staff, clean, quiet, located a little further than what I’d consider walkable to town, but closer to the parks and trails.

We had a GREAT stay at the Hyatt Place. The hotel was beautiful. Great beds, shower and good breakfast. The only downside was TV didn’t have access to Netflix or YouTube — only TV channels. Otherwise, great stay and close access to Arches and Canyonlands.

I don’t have his name with me but the check-in staff was very helpful. Gave us a great room and easy-to-understand instructions. Our stay was better than what we expected thanks to him.

The location is great for park access.

The rooms were very clean and property was very pretty. I was most impressed with the staff though. Everyone was do engaged and helpful. It was such a pleasant stay.
